*** 10 Good Marketing Tips That Every New Business Owner Should Be Implementing/Freebies *** {599}

 ✊In no particular order, I'm going to give you (10) pretty good Marketing Tips that can help you grow your business, and I would recommend implementing them...   

1) Pick your target market - You should already know that not everyone is a prospect and won't be interested in your offer, so whatever you're involved with, do your research and figure out what your target market is. You will have a much better chance getting some of these individuals as a customer, or a team member...

2) Get an Autoresponder and add your contacts to it as you go - I use Aweber and now pay $249.99 yearly, but you can pay by the month and pay $19.99. Regardless of what Autoresponder you use, make sure to pick something, because it will allow you to build your list, which is a must when trying to build a business, whether it's online or offline. Generally, they are around $15-$20 monthly...

3) Teach your new team members how to market - Always continue to learn new techniques, and pass them along to your team members because Marketing is always evolving, and by helping them succeed, you're also helping yourself succeed...

4) Pick a marketing strategy for a year and stick with it - This is a long-term process and will require a lot of time and effort on your part working 1-2 hours per day in order to succeed. After you master a particular strategy, I recommend trying to find another 2-3 strategies that you can utilize. There are many ways to build a business, but you only need to find a few methods that you like, and master those...

5) Paid Marketing - This is a must. If you have a tight budget, I always recommend using FREE methods at first until you make a few sales and then put some money back into your business. Unfortunately, 40%-60% of your advertising budget will be flushed down the drain. That's just how it works, so choose wisely. I use FREE/Paid/& Offline Methods so I'm maximizing my efforts, and show my TEAM what I use to be successful...

6) Develop a written Marketing plan - Write down such things as your GOALS, budget, and your marketing strategy. Keep it short. Always refer back to its monthly and update it when necessary. By doing so you are creating positive habits, and by looking at it daily, it will make achieving your GOALS much easier...

7) Spend 20-30 minutes daily with personal development - Study as much marketing as possible, especially direct response marketing which is all about following up with your prospects. Once you understand how to generate leads on demand, and follow up, your business becomes much easier. You have YouTube, Google, my daily emails, and if you join us at List Infinity, you also have a plethora of video marketing tutorials at your disposal...

8) Create a good follow up system - it has been said that a prospect will need between 7-20 messages from you on average before buying or making a decision either way. Once someone comes to my website and inputs their email address in the box so they watch the 3-minute video presentation, I send them a pre-made email that I already created with more information, and then my Autoresponder will automatically sprinkle a message every couple of days on me prosect trying to entice them to upgrade under my affiliate link. I've already created my follow up messages, and my TEAM can either use mine with a few minor changes, or create their own, but this is something that all new business owners should do when getting started. I try to make my job as easy as possible, and you should do the same...

9) Handwritten notes - You can send out a couple of handwritten notes daily to your prospects. This adds more of a personal touch and is very inexpensive to do. if you're doing just 2 per day, times 7 days, that's 14 weekly, times 4 weeks, which is 56 monthly times 12 equals 672 yearly notes that you've sent out daily two at a time. You can do as many or as few as you like. That's totally your choice...

10) Create a referral program for your customers and prospects - I don't expect many of you to do this, at least not for a very long time. Figure out what customers and referrals are worth to you and give out small cash bonuses to those who refer you to others, as an incentive. By doing this, you're more likely to get a few new referrals/signups...

 🙏When you start an online opportunity, it's your business to do as you wish. It's not your uplines responsibility, or anyone else's to build it for you. You will have to accept responsibility for your actions, and results...

💯Stats of MLM Top Earners...

A fellow marketer went to a large MLM Mastermind Event for network marketers several years back, and sent this to me, and I wanted to share it...

💲During the event, they brought up several "million-dollar earners" on stage to interview them in a leader's panel. They were asked to share some of their stats by answering these three questions.

1. How long have you been with your company? ⏰

2. How many people have you personally sponsored during that time? 🧑‍✈️🧑‍🔬🧑‍⚕️🧑‍🔧🧑‍🏭

3. What percentage of those people produce 80 to 90 percent of your income?  

Their answers to these questions were mind blowing (to me anyway).

Here's the summary of their responses.

Most of the top earners had been with their company at least five years, with many of those people being involved with the same company 10+ years. More importantly, not all of them got off to a fast start.

Most of the top earners had personally sponsored 100 to 500 business builders personally during those 5 to 10 YEARS, but if you were to break that number down divided by how many months they were involved with the company, they averaged 2 to 4 new business builders sponsored personally each month. 

From those 100 to 500 people they sponsored, most of these MILLION DOLLAR earners made 80 to 90 percent of their income from just two to three of these people. Some earned most of their income from just ONE of those people and a few made most of their income from four or five people.

My takeaway from this training is this:

  1. Stick with one company at least five to ten years.
  2. Consistently sponsor two to four new business builders each month.
  3. From that, over time, you will find 2-3 people who are serious and will generate MOST of your income.

*** The Truth About Your Marketing Team/Aweber Pricing Update (Autoresponder) *** {597}

👎This post is about what to expect from your marketing team, and results may vary, but they are pretty close to accurate. You have (3) different types of people, and I'm going to share my knowledge from my own personal experiences about each group...   

{Group #1}:

Approximately 90% of your team (The people you sponsor), will do absolutely nothing to build their business, regardless of how much help you give them. They will only order a few products every month, or every few months, but many of them will dropout after about their first three months...

Just try to be nice and don't spend a lot of time helping them but always be there in case they ask. This is the bulk of your volume, and many of these team members can help lead you to your leaders that will help you build it big...

{Group #2}: 

Approximately 10% of your team will be part timers. These individuals will actually do something to try building their business and will actively be recruiting with your help. They will also purchase some products. Help guide them, and inspire them to reach their goals by your actions...

{Group #3}:

Approximately 1%-3% of your team will catch the vision and build it big without your help. This group is where you will find your leaders, and some of them will be leaders from day one, and others will take more time, which is just fine. This is where 90% of your growth and income will come from...

💥Your real job as a sponsor is to find and develop leaders. The majority of top earners make the bulk of their income from 2-5 key players. 

You will still need to sell some products, and find those part timers, but the ultimate goal is to find your leaders, because they will be recruiting others, along with selling some products, and will bring in other leaders, which makes your job a little easier. Customers and distributors will always come and go, but leaders will build it big, while helping to build your business as well...

Depending on the compensation plan you will need 2-4 serious go getters to build a huge business with a huge income, and the best part is that you may find some of these individuals in depth, and not people who you personally sponsored...
