The important thing is to find positive motivated individuals instead of your broke uncle Joe, Or the disorderly woman down the street. You do this on a consistent basis, I promise in time you will find then leaders that you're looking for, but you must be persistent...! Period!

*** How To Stay Focused? (MLM) *** {489}

💥Many of my followers have asked me over the years, "How do you stay focused?" Do you have certain habits or rituals? So I gave a short list of things that I have done, that can work for you as well.

My short list...

⧭Making a to do list, and following it daily

⧭Taking a power nap in the afternoon

⧭Watching motivational speakers on Youtube

⧭Going for a late night walk to clear your head

⧭Meditating early in the morning

⧭Reading for 15-30 minutes daily 

⧭Listen to music while working

⧭Go for a bike ride

⧭Listen to motivational audios

⧭Soak in a hot tub 

⧭Light stretching in the morning 

⧭Deep breathing exercises for a few minutes

⧭Hit the gym (a strong mind and body go hand in hand)

⧭Go for a short jog

⧭Massage 

Whatever you choose to do, make sure to write them down, and keep them where you see them everyday. 

You want to have a solid plan with daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and to do's. No matter how hectic your daily life is, always make sure to complete your tasks. By doing so, you're creating good habit forming activities, which in time becomes second nature.

You can find whatever works for you, or try some of the things I listed above, but I promise that if you do, you will see good results.

One last thing that I really enjoy is creating good content here on my blog. I have to put some thought into what I'm going to write about sometimes, and it keeps my mind sharp. 

When you feel good about what you're doing, it makes your tasks much easier to accomplish.
