*** Prospecting Tips (MLM) *** {451}

 ๐Ÿ’žWhen you start any online opportunity (MLM), plan on sticking around for anywhere from a year, to three years minimum, and don't jump from program to program when it starts to get tough...Because it will. You haven't even begun until you've done at least 100 presentations. The goal is to create a rock solid residual income. 

Thing is, people could care less how much you know, they want to know that you truly care about them, so make sure to focus your attention on them.

When you first interact with a prospect, if you're not sure what to say, always ask a question...Any question. That will get the ball rolling, and is a great ice breaker!

If you want to make it to the top, you must talk to a lot of people. The more "NO's" you hear, you are that much closer to a "YES." If your prospect says "NO," always ask them if they know anyone who maybe interested. Most likely they won't ask, but by asking, you are maxing out each encounter, and who knows, just one of those individuals may actually say "YES." 

Recruiting is a process, and will take some time. You have to walk your prospect through a series of events, and usually anywhere between 7-20 exposures on average before you can expect them to commit to your business.

The only difference between the people on stage, and you, is the number of presentations they have given, and number of "NO's" they received. 

When speaking with anyone about your business, never bad mouth another rep, or company, because that just makes you look petty, and desperate to get that person to sign up with your company.

Every decision you make pertaining to your business, you should always take a long-term view, because this will only benefit your business.

You want to make everyone on your team feel important and appreciated, so treat them as if they were your best friend.

You should be helping your new reps sign up someone new first before you start signing up new reps. This is because you want your new team members to get acclimated to the business as quickly as possible, so they can do the same with their new reps.
