* Marketing Tips (Getting More Duplication For Your Business) * {230}

Here are some tips on getting more duplication in your business.

1.) Keep the business simple at all times. Most people over complicate it. It takes a genius to keep it simple.

2.) You want to duplicate a result, but everyone doesn't have to build the business the exact same way to get that result.

3.) Keep in mind that no more than about 1 in 5 people will ever sponsor someone or do anything with the business. Work with that person.

4.) Have a getting started plan for your new team members.

5.) Get into your new team member's warm market as quickly as possible.

6.) Taproot by helping the person you sponsor sign up their best friend and then help them do the same thing and then help that new person does the same thing. Keep repeating over and over in depth.

7.) Get people on auto-ship and/or ordering the products regularly so they develop a product story and fall in love with the products.

8.) Help your new team member reach out to their first five prospects.

9.) Create a team culture that everyone wants to be part of, even if they decide to stop building.

10.) Work with the willing

💜This post doesn't have anything to do with network marketing. I'd just like to share a few things on my mind.

# 1 Your dreams are worth fighting for. I know a lot of people in the world, and in our industry, feel frustrated and stuck. I get it. Times are tough for a lot of people. I've been there and done that myself. I just want you to know that your dreams are worth fighting for. You get one shot in life and the last thing you want is to have a bunch of regrets at the end of your life. You have to decide what you really want in life, come up with a game plan, and evaluate what you are currently doing. If you're not heading closer to your dreams, doing what you are currently doing, you will need to make some changes in your life. The only way to change your life is to change your daily routine. If you keep doing what you've always been doing, you will keep getting what you've always been getting.

# 2 Do something nice for a stranger. I would like to challenge EVERYONE reading this email to do something nice for a stranger today and expect nothing in return. Whether it's a donation, volunteering to help someone, buying a gift for a child, opening a door for a stranger, buying someone a coffee, or anything else, try to do something nice today. It's the holiday season and it's a great time of year to help others.

# 3 Come up with a plan for 2020. The New Year is almost here. Where does the time go? I hope you will spend the last two weeks of this month setting some goals for 2020. Set financial, spiritual, health, family and business goals. Come up with 1-3 goals for each category for 2020 and then develop a game plan to accomplish each goal.

# 4 Realize your health is your wealth. Without your health, life isn't all that enjoyable. I encourage all of you to get a physical, lose some weight if needed, get more sleep, drink more water, and exercise more in 2020 and beyond.

# 5 Create a personal development plan. My final piece of advice in today's email is to create a personal development plan for your life. Start reading 10 pages per day and watching ONE YouTube video per day that is inspirational and/or teaches you a new skill. Your life and business will only grow as much as you do. Most of us don't even tap into 10 percent of our potential. You have greatness within you, but you need to grow as a person.

💥7 Tips To Using Flyers As One Of Your Small Business Marketing Ideas

It doesn’t matter if you are a service business like a landscaper or a retail shop selling Pastries and coffee, flyers are one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to get your name out there and market your business. When done right, using flyers can be an easy way to get new customers in the door.

Here are 7 tips to making the most of using flyers as one of your small business marketing ideas.

1.) Keep it simple and not cluttered:

Many people try to get every product or service they do on one 8.5 X 11 sheet of paper when they design their flyers. Most of the time, you cannot fit that much on the page, and it makes everything look too generic and cluttered. Try to focus on just a couple of your main services and be more detailed about those services.

2.) Use customer testimonials on your flyers:

This adds credibility to your company and your services or products. You should include testimonials in each of your marketing ideas. Not just flyers. Anywhere you can, include customer testimonials and be sure to include their full name and a photo if at all possible.

3.) Don’t go crazy with the design:

To many colors and fonts can confuse people and they won’t be able to focus on what you actually are offering them. Keep it simple and use only 1-2 fonts.

4.) Use Full Color if at all possible:

Full color flyers stand out from the others. Look at a black and white copy and a color copy together and the color one will stand out and catch your eye much easier. They look much more professional.

If color isn’t in your budget, then use a bold color paper with black copy. Bright yellow or pink tend to stand out more than any other color. The goal is to get your flyer to stand out.

5.) Don’t run cheap photocopies:

You should always run copies off the original or use a service that is printing them from your files instead of running photocopies. Photocopies tend to look cheap, and your flyer won’t look crisp and professional. This will really make an impact for your first impression on potential clients.

6.) Be sure to include a coupon or discount:

People always love a discount. You’ll get much better results just because of the coupon than anything else. Make sure it is a good discount that will impress them. If you do a good job with your first job for them, you’ll more than make up for it on future jobs.

Include a photo of the product you are offering a discount on. If it’s a service business like a plumber, you could show a photo of you fixing someone's water heater. Showing the product or service will increase the number of people who will redeem your coupons.

7.) Make it easy for them to find you:

I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen flyers that were perfectly designed and had a great compelling message but… I couldn’t figure out where they were. They forgot the add their address. Or they only included a phone number though they were a retail shop I just wanted to drop in.

Make it as easy as possible for them to contact you. Tell them what to do.

“Come in today to 123 Somewhere Street on the corner of Somewhere Street and 1st Ave”

Include a map if you can. Make it as easy as possible. If you want them to order online, include your website. Make it big and bold. Your call-to-action items should always be much bigger than the rest of the text on any flyer.
