Let your team see you recruit new people each month.  Lead from the front at all times and never ask your team to do something you won't do yourself. 


You must have a definiteness of purposeFigure out what you want and then get focused on achieving that goal. 


Great leaders are great followers.  Be a good follower first.  Follow your successful mentor's lead.


Recruiting solves all problems.  Keep personally recruiting 2-4 new people every month and never stop. 


Help your new people get in their warm market.  This is a warm market business.


Everything starts with you.  The speed of the leader is the speed of the team.


You have to develop the right skills and mindset. Work on your skills and attitude every single day.


Cold market recruiting is slow. This is a warm market business. Start in your warm market and help your team do the same thing.


This is a business of attrition, 50 to 75 percent will quit every year. Focus on the people who stay. 


Triple your income by tripling your efforts. If you want to make more money talk to more people. 


Any system will work if you approach 10 people per day. This business is a numbers game.
