 πŸ’–If you've found the right (MLM) company to join, before you get started, you will want to talk to your upline to find out their secrets to success, since your GOAL should be one in the same! A good upline/sponsor will have a vested interest in helping you succeed, and should have wealth of knowledge...

In most cases your upline maybe several levels above you. Keep contacting them until you find the right person you're comfortable working with, and follow their lead...

Common sense should tell you that if you want to be successful @ anything, you find someone who has already been successful, and find out how they did it. By doing so, you're learning curve will be far shorter than if you're trying to build it by yourself, and you probably won't make as many mistakes along the way!...

My suggestion to you is start calling everyone in your upline once you find out who they are, and start asking them some of the questions I've listed below, and see if they are willing to mentor/train you...

Who is your mentor?

What do you do on a daily basis? (Routine)

How many people have you sponsored?

What is the best strategy you use when showing the plan?

What are some of the (MLM) tools you use?

Should I lead with the business or product?

What video or audio training do you recommend? 

How do you recommend I get started?

What are your exact steps in building your business?

My GOAL is to make X amount, how do I go about achieving that?

How do I go about getting leads?

How many hours per day should I be working my business?

What books are you reading right now, if any?

Was there a book, or books that helped you the most?

How can I help my team with duplication?

What kind of conversion rate should I expect?

What can I do to increase my conversion rate?

If you were starting over today because of what you know now, what would you do differently?

What is the biggest mistake you made in your business, and what did you do to overcome it?

What are the exact steps that I should be following?

What kind of budget should I have with building my business?

What can I do to get your help?

Whatever you ask, make sure you write them down, so you can use them again if need be. I write everything down, and keep it, just in case, and you should also!...There is a forum called (www.quora.com). If you're struggling to find more questions, go there & ask for some ideas. You will always get someone to reply with answers!...
