🙏When you're working an online business people really don't care how much you know until they see how much you care. You should be taking the focus off of yourself, and placing it on your prospect.
When recruiting new prospects you need to be walking them through a series of steps that they can understand and follow before you can expect them to join. It is said that on average a prospect needs between 7-20 follow ups before making a decision to join you or not.
If a new member has come from another program you should never badmouth another company or rep even if you know bad things pertaining to the company. It just gives the entire industry a bad look.
Once a new member signs up under you it makes more sense to help them sign up their first rep versus you signing up someone new.
This is because it gets them off to a fast start and if the company is built around leverage such as List Infnity, this will help you build your business much quicker as well. With List Infinity, everyone of your downline members has to pass up their 5th sale to infinity, and this is where you can start earning life changing money.
You want to treat everyone on your team as if they are your best friend, because it makes them feel important and appreciated. Plus you are creating a postive environment, along with always being professional.
Because this industry is all about the long term, always base your decisions on that fact with your new members. You don't want them to think this is a get rich quick scheme, because it isn't. You must devote 1-2 hours per day to your business, and do this for at least a couple years to see if what you're doing will be a good fit.
You won't want to hear this but you will need to devote 2-5 years of hard work into your business, and in that time, you should have completed at least one hundred presentations because by building a rock solid business, you are creating a bigger residual income.
If you're able to build it big enough, you can get to a point to where you won't ever have to work it anymore, and continue to receive a huge residual income monthly, all from your downline. Trust me, all the hard work will be well worth it when said and done.
If you're really not sure how to talk to a prospect, just ask them one question in order to get them talking, and you go from there. Your job is to be a good listener, and a problem solver. You can ask them if they've ever been involved in Network/Affiliate Marketing? And that will get the ball rolling. This is a safe approach and you can't go wrong with that.
In order to make it to the top, you must plant a lot of seeds. You must sow, before you reap. For every NO you get, and will get a lot, you are that much closer to a YES, so please don't get discouraged, because this will happen...
If you think you can't do this, you are wrong! The only difference between you, and the top earners, is that a lot them are on stage giving a lot more presentaions, and getting more NO's than you are...
Unfortunately you must sift and sort through all of the garbage before you find your team players.
