On average, an Individual usually needs to see content from you 7-20 times, before they make an educated decision whether to join or not, so you will need to follow up without giving them your Website, or a video unless they ask after the initial contact. This method is extremely difficult, so I recommend not wasting a lot of time doing it. I usually use Craigslist and make about 20 contacts or so, every couple of weeks. It won't take very long. maybe 15 minutes.
