Make your business a top priority and be persistent and consistent. It is some of the best advice I can share with you.
How Many People Will You Need to Sponsor to Succeed in a Big Way?
Everyone has a number. That is the number of people they will need to personally sponsor to build a huge organization. For most people, that number is about 100 people.
Your number might be less than that, or it might be more than that. If you can consistently sponsor two to four people per month, you should be able to hit this goal in about 2 to 4 years.
What will really determine your success is two things. First off, the quality of the people you recruit will make a big difference. Sponsor up and look for people at your level of motivation and success and higher.
Second, duplication is your real key to success. You need training, and a system in place that your people can follow and start duplicating themselves.
The more duplication you can achieve in your group, the less people you need to personally sponsor.
Remember, this business is about a lot of people each doing a little bit, not one person doing everything themselves.
