🙏When you start an online opportunity, it's your business to do as you wish. It's not your uplines responsibility, or anyone elses to build it for you. You will have to accept responsibility for your actions, and results...
Especially if this is something new, you are going to get frustrated, and want to quit because you're not getting the results you think you should be getting, but you have to keep grinding....
You're doing a little bit each day over an extended period of time in order to get the results you should be getting, so don't get discouraged because the top earners have taken a minimum of 5 years, and in some cases even longer before they acheived their GOALS! You can't fail if you don't quit!
If you're one of these people that constantly make excuses, then you need to change that mindset, because you will ultimately get aggravated and just quit!
Instead take a step back, evalute your business, and find out what the problem is, and figure out how to correct it, even if that means talking to your sponsor. That's what they are there for. A sponsor is there to help get members a sale or two, and when necessary answer a few questions to the serious likeminded individuals. They should spend very little time with the tire kickers, but at least be there to answer questions if and when they decide to get serious...
There are hundreds of ways to build a successful online business, and you will have to figure out what works for you, because "one size does NOT fit all." What works for me, may not work for you, and you may find better ways based on your talents once you figure it out...

Stats of MLM Top Earners...
A fellow martketer went to a large MLM Mastermind Event for network marketers several years back, and sent this to me, and I wanted to share it...
During the event, they brought up several "million dollar earners" on stage to interview them in a leader's panel. They were asked to share some of their stats by answering these three questions.
1. How long have you been with your company? 
2. How many people have you personally sponsored during that time? 
3. What percentage of those people produce 80 to 90 percent of your income?
Their answers to these questions were mind blowing (to me anyway).
Here's the summary of their responses.
Most of the top earners had been with their company at least five years, with many of those people being involved with the same company 10+ years. More importantly, not all of them got off to a fast start.
Most of the top earners had personally sponsored 100 to 500 business builders personally during those 5 to 10 YEARS, but if you were to break that number down divided by how many months they were involved with the company, they averaged 2 to 4 new business builders sponsored personally each month.
From those 100 to 500 people they sponsored, most of these MILLION DOLLAR earners made 80 to 90 percent of their income from just two to three of these people. Some earned most of their income from just ONE of those people and a few made most of their income from four or five people.
My takeaway from this training is this:
- Stick with one company at least five to ten years.
- Consistently sponsor two to four new business builders each month.
- From that, over time, you will find 2-3 people who are serious and will generate MOST of your income.
