*** Building Depth In Your MLM Company And Taprooting *** {401}

๐Ÿ’ฅThese tips are about building depth with your network marketing company, and helping you earn a huge income. Not in any particular order.

1) In order to achieve the big money, you have to build depth with your business, and not width.

2) If you want stability and a predictable income, you want your depth to be hundreds of levels deep.

3) As a sponsor, your job is to help everyone on your team recruit at least 1 person, and repeat the process. Everyone is responsible for their own business, you're just there to help them get started and be there if they have any questions.

4) It's easier to sponsor in depth rather than personally recruit. (I do a lot of recruiting). Don't keep so busy with your team that it interferes with you being able to do some recruiting yourself.

5) Make sure to help everyone on your team. Treat them all as if they were personally sponsored by you. If they are coachable, willing, and hungry for success, regardless where they are within the downline, work with those individuals.

6) Always work with the newest reps at the deepest level of your organization.

7) A solid foundation has depth over width. It's best if you can build at least a couple of legs a couple hundred front line reps deep.

8) Once you sponsor at least five serious reps, spend the bulk of your time helping the people in their teams. Help them with personal recruiting until they achieve the same five serious reps.

9) If you've built your depth at least eight levels, you're automatically helping everyone from the seventh level and above. It's obvious the deeper you go, the more people you're going to be helping.

10) Treat everyone on your team well by building a good rapport. By doing so, If and when someone's sponsor quit, they have already built a good friendship with you.

11) A solid leg has at least five leaders in it. The more leaders you have, the more secure the leg. Ideally, you would want leaders, backed by leader, backed by leaders, and so on.

12) The odds of you sponsoring your best people are less than one percent, of one percent. Your best leaders always show up in depth.

13) Your new team members won't help their new reps the same way you would, so make sure you take ownership of your business, and help work with them.

14) Never let a month go by where you don't help each leg build deeper. Try to build them deeper and never stop building.

15) Having a huge front line with no depth, is a quick way to go broke. The only way to have a walk away income is to build leaders in depth.

16) It's not who you know or sponsor that matters, it's who they know and sponsor, and who they know and sponsor. Work through everyone you sponsor, and sooner or later you will find that rock star. This is absolutely a numbers game. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
