Inspire your team by your actions. Network Marketing is a teaching business, and there are many ways to teach people how to be successful. Be a mentor, and not a 9-5 boss! Set the pace, and if they don't follow, that's on them. Don't waste time with those individuals, but always be readily available,
{When Is The Best Time To Join An MLM Company?}:
I feel like the best time to join any MLM company is between 3-5 years, and the reason I feel this way, is because once a program launches there are usually kinks that have to be worked out before it starts to run smoothly. This may sound like along time, but it's really not. People will have preconceived ideas once it's been around for awhile, which will make it a little harder to recruit others. Of course you can succeed or fail with any online opportunity.

Prospects NEVER join when you want them to, but when they are ready. Some of your best prospects will join you months, and sometimes years later.
