πŸ‘ŠWhen you're in the process of starting an online business, it's always a good idea to contact your successful upline and pick their brain because they probably have a wealth of knowledge to share, plus they should have an interest in you succeeding. If you're successful, then that will help them be successful.

If you get a bad upline, and they do exist. You can always travel several levels above you in the hierarchy until you find the right person who will answer your questions and is willing to work with you.

If you want to be successful at anything, you should go find someone who has already done what you're trying to accomplish and ask them how they did it. Follow their lead and don't try to reinvent the wheel, at least until you make a few sales and understand the business model because you will avoid many mistakes and the learning curve won't take as long.

When contacting your upline in hopes of finding someone to mentor you, here are just a few questions you can ask, in no particular order.

3) Who is your mentor?

5) What is your daily mode of operation?

6) How many people have you personally sponsored to this point?

7) What is a good conversion rate?

8) Any advice on how to increase my conversion rate?

9) Should I lead with the product/s or the business?

10) What business tools do you use?

11) What is the best way to show the business plan?

12) What books are you reading and have read?

13) Do you have a specific book that helped the most?

14) How much time daily do you spend building your business?

15) What audio/video training do you recommend?

16) If I want to make X amount per month, what would I need to do?

17) What can I do in order to get duplication from my team?

18) What are the steps to success that I need to follow?

19) If you knew what you know right now and were starting over again, what would you do differently?

20) What do you recommend I do right now to get started?

21) What can I do in order to get you to help me?

22) How can I stay motivated?

23) What do you expect of me?

24) How old is the company?

25) Who is the CEO/Admin?

πŸ™This is a good starting point. Make sure you keep a notebook and write down and document everything. If you think of anything else by all means, just ask. Some of these questions should be able to be googled!

{Pastel Ball Python}

The Pastel Ball Python is a popular morph among reptile enthusiasts, known for its vibrant colors and genetic versatility. It is a co-dominant morph, meaning that breeding a Pastel with a normal Ball Python can produce offspring with the Pastel trait, and breeding two Pastels together can result in a "Super Pastel," which has even more intense coloration.

Key Features

  • Coloration: High-contrast yellows, often with blushing (lighter areas) on the sides and back. The intensity of yellow can vary depending on the individual snake and its lineage.
  • Eyes: Typically, green or pale in color.
  • Pattern: Defined patterns with reduced dark pigmentation, making the yellows stand out more.
  • Lips: Often white or pale, adding to their striking appearance.

Genetics

  • Type: Co-dominant (or incomplete dominant).
  • Breeding Potential: When bred with other morphs, Pastels can enhance the brightness and contrast of the offspring's colors. They are often used in combination with other morphs to create stunning designer snakes.

Care Requirements

Pastel Ball Pythons have the same care needs as any other Ball Python:

  • Enclosure: Secure and appropriately sized, with a temperature gradient (warm side: 88–92°F, cool side: 78–82°F).
  • Humidity: 50–60%, slightly higher during shedding.
  • Diet: Appropriately sized rodents typically fed every 7–10 days for juveniles and every 10–14 days for adults.

Why They're Popular

The Pastel morph is a favorite due to its affordability, striking appearance, and ability to enhance the visual appeal of other morphs when bred. They are a great choice for both beginner and experienced snake keepers.

If you're considering adding a Pastel Ball Python to your collection, they are a beautiful and rewarding choice!

This is my friend Josh's beautiful female named Flo. I fed her in this picture.
