💝I decided for this post to show what I do for everyone on my team, in order to be successful. I've been in this industry since 2006, and know how important it is to have a good mentor, because I've basically learned things all on my own, and want to help others not have to do that. By the numbers, most people who join a Network Marketing company, will quit within the first 90 days. With how our compensation plan is constructed at DigiSoft Payline, my success depends on others, so why wouldn't I try to help everyone who join my team, succeed! Everyone who joins this industry has a different learning curve, and I try to speed up the process! I tell my "NEWBIES" when they upgrade to a payliner, the only thing they need to focus on, is getting their daily "ADS" out, and get acclimated to their business, and back office area, and I will take care of the rest. No selling! No cold calling! Simple enough for an 8 year old child!
