*** Healthy Crock Pot Recipe/Diabetic Friendly (#1- Chicken Enchilada: serves 4) *** {521}

💥In order to have a strong mind you must have a strong body, and this post is about eating healthy, so I decided to show you a healthy Chicken Enchilada dish. (Anything I ever post pertaining to food is diabetic friendly because I am one). Follow the steps below as I lay them out, and you will have a fantastic meal for you and your family. (Adjust to however many you're feeding, serves 4) I will randomly posting more healthy delicious recipes for you to try.

{Recipe:}- Prep time about 10 minutes 

1) 1-pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves.

2) 1/2 cup of mild salsa (low sodium: Newman's Own)

3) 1 (10.5 oz.) can reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of chicken soup.

4) 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles.

5) 1 teaspoon of chili powder.

6) 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin

7) 4 cups packaged baby lettuce mix.

8) 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas warmed. 

9) 1/2 cup shredded Mexican style - 4 cheese blend.

{Cooking Instructions}- 4-5 hours

1) Place chicken breasts in a 1-11/2-quart slow cooker. In a small bowl combine soup, salsa, chilies, chili powder, cumin, then pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat setting for between 4-5 hours. 

2) Remove chicken and place in a medium shallow bowl. Using 2 forks shred meat. (should be tender enough to do so). Add 1/2 of the sauce from slow cooker to the shredded chicken. Tossing to coat.

3) Line a serving platter with the lettuce. Place about a 1/3 of chicken mixture, and about 1 teaspoon of the shredded cheese down the center of each tortilla and roll up. Arrange enchiladas on a prepared serving platter. Spoon remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

{Tip}: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, wrap tortillas tightly in foil, bake for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.

*** Offline Recruiting Strategies For MLM *** {517}

 💜In today's lesson I'm going to give you few offline methods for recruiting more members into your MLM business. Pick a few from below and give it a try. 

1) I don't typically do this, even though it's not time consuming, and you can do this on your spare time randomly, and that is neighborhood door knocking. The beauty of this method is that you're probably already known around the neighborhood, and hopefully as a good person, because that will make your mission a bit easier. Hit a few houses (not literally. lol) and see if you can get your foot in the door. Make sure you go prepared, because there is a likely chance that your neighbor could be busy, so it would be great if you had a DVD about your business opportunity, or at least a business card with your website so they could check it later at their convenience. If so, you want to set up a follow date, at least within the next week of your visit so they will be expecting you. This is still not going to be easy, and be a hard sale, but you can produce results. 

2) Promotional Meetings: Try to hold weekly/monthly meetings depending on your schedule with your downline members. Challenge them to bring in new recruits each time to hear about the opportunity. Already have a presentation that you can give each and every time, preferably about the product, and make sure your downline interacts about their experiences with the business/products because testimonials always work great. It doesn't matter where you hold the meetings, as long as you're consistent with them. You continue doing this, word gets around and before you know it, people will come to you wanting to sit in to see what you're all about. Give it a try, you may actually like it and have fun.

3) Renting a table/booth: Go to your local malls, shopping centers, flea markets, or job fairs just to name a few, and rent a table or booth displaying your info with business cards, sample products, pamphlets or any promotional material you deem necessary. Focus on selling the business opportunity more so at job fairs, or trade shows, and the products more so at your local shopping centers or malls. Give it a try, you might be surprised at what you can do in these settings. Even if you have to make cheap DVD'S to give away do it. DVD'S are very inexpensive to create. Remember the old adage, you have to break a few eggs to make an Omelet!

*** Why You Need A Mentor For Your MLM Business? *** {516}

👻I apologize once again for my absence, but I've been in the hospital 5 times with Corona Virus/Pneumonia and haven't felt well at all. I'm getting better by the day, but I still need a little more time to heal.    

For this post I would like to briefly tell you why you should have a mentor's expertise pertaining to your online business success.

You're looking for a mentor that's been there, done that. They have been where you're trying to go, and are willing to teach you, their secrets. 

When searching for a good mentor, you will want to be able to listen, stay humble, and lose the attitude!

It's ok to have more than 1 mentor because you can utilize them in many areas of your business. For instance, you may need someone to help you learn how to close your sales, and you may need another one to help get your mindset correct, or maybe you need leadership advice. 

I've had my share of mentors over my years in the industry and have never personally met any one of them. You may find your mentors within your business, maybe several levels within your upline, or you can even learn through Videos, Audios, or Books. 

Part of my personal development is watching 1 YouTube training video daily, and you can do the same. There are almost no videos that you can't find, and many won't take up much of your time. Take full advantage of the internet, that's what it's there for. 

If there's something I don't know, I also use Google for everything. You have the resources at your fingertips, so start using them.
