💕Always remember that you are powerful:
💥Most of the time we have very little idea what we are supposed to be doing, or who we are supposed to be imitating. I say imitating because that's what we do. We conform to external environment.
We play roles & cover up our true selves by identifying with things that end up defining who we think we are. I'm a bus driver, a first amendment auditor, a restaurant owner, I'm depressed, suicidal, happy, or excited. I'm terrified, angry, or jealous, and I can't help it. It's who I am.
Honestly, we are none of the above. These are all symptoms of the sleepwalking disease. We are all important. We are not our professions, or feelings, and not our circumstances.
We are far more important and mysterious than our minds try to define. This is why we are more powerful than we think. Never underestimate yourself.
💕Embrace life:
💥Savor the moment, embrace it whether it contains an obstacle or an opportunity. Focus on what's important to you, and don't fight and argue over petty matters.
While going through the walk of life, don't expect things to change, unless you're willing to change them, so don't complain.
Make life altering decisions that benefit you and your growth. Time stands still for no one, so make the necessary changes as soon as possible. But you must take the first step. Your life, your responsibility.
💕Realize that you get to control your reactions:
💥We as individuals create our own reality by the thoughts and beliefs that we maintain about life in general. What we believe in our inner world, we see in our outer world, not the other way around.
There is no one on the planet that doesn't have problems, and we're often tested by circumstances beyond our control. Even though we can't control what goes on outside, we can however control our emotion due to those situations.
We all have the power because of our inner world (cause) affects the influence we allow the outer world (effect) to have on us. The next time you hear someone say that you have a great personal power, just know that they are 100% correct. You have more control than you think you do.
💕No one is better qualified:
💥We place too much emphasis on other people's opinions about us, often to the exclusion of our own. Opinions are like "A**HOLES," we all have one. This takes away from our own personal power. It doesn't matter what anyone else says about you, because it holds no significance to who you truly are, unless "YOU" agree with them.
Worry more about how you perceive yourself versus how other people view you. You know you better than anyone, so never accept someone else's reality as your own.
Everyone should have the belief that we as human beings can accomplish anything we put our mind to.
💕Believe that you are more than enough:
💥If you have to compare yourself to someone else, let it be a person less fortunate, because you can truly appreciate how much more abundant your life truly is, and you won't take it for granted again. It's a matter of perspective.
You may still not find that you are not entirely grateful for what you possess, and you may believe that you need more than you have right now in order to be happy. If this the case, then you are correct. You will never have enough, and always need more to be happy.
This cycle will perpetuate as long as your mind believes it to be so. If you will just focus on what you have, and not what don't, you will always have enough, because you will always "BE" enough.
💕Love yourself:
💥Cut out all distractions, and open your eyes, because everything you need is right in front of you. Everything in your possession to be happy, loved, and fulfilled you already have.
It's in the same place it was since the day you born. It's just been covered up by all the external things you have identified with over the years.
Be yourself. Love yourself completely, and accept who you are. Always remind yourself, that you are beautiful person inside and out.
💕Stay Cool:
💥If a coworker yells at you while at work, or we have an argument with our "Significant Other" (been there, done that - lol), we feel our blood pressure start to rise, and feel the need to act in negative manner. We get upset with other people's actions, and we end up punishing ourselves for their bad behavior.
Because of the way other people act, we end up losing control of our emotions. Regardless of how badly someone else behaves, we are still responsible for our own actions.
If it's to hard to stay cool, just remember you're the one who loses in the end.
💕Journey Well:
💥Life is about the journey and not the arrival. If we accept that we are already here, then we don't need to arrive.
Be content with where you are in life today, and don't put off being happy, because you are waiting for the right moment to shine. Sometimes unfortunately it takes a conscious effort to enjoy the journey.
Not everyone woke up this morning, and not everyone will go to bed tonight. We aren't promised tomorrow, No guarantees. Every minute you are alive is a blessing that has to be experienced in the moment. Not always easy, but always an option. It's a choice. Your choice.
