 💘Today's post I'm sharing (3) random, but important things you should know pertaining to MLM.     

1) Facts about "TEAM" leaders:

Innovation is a big key in building a Network Marketing business, and "LEADERS" have the ability, and talents to teach their "TEAM" how to be more efficient by working smarter, and not harder. Leverage is a must if you want to build it big.

When you start a "NEW" business opportunity, unless you're experienced, you should follow the system, until you possess the necessary skills to build it bigger and faster your way.

Every "LEADER" in this industry has a different outlook, and builds their business differently, even if you work in the company, and that's OK.

Don't be mad if not everyone is willing to follow your lead. Some of your best "LEADERS" will it their way, and they may be your next success story.

The only thing that matters is that your "TEAM" duplicates the results, and not the process.

2) Never make fun of people's jobs:

Thousands of people in our industry have a job, while building an MLM business, and they shouldn't be ridiculed, but applauded, because they are just trying to support their families. MLM isn't for everyone, because if no one had a job, the economy would collapse.

Unfortunately with the current state of our country, there are probably thousands of people who would love to have your job, even if you hate it, so try to be grateful. If anything, the hatred for the job, should motivate you to bust your hump building your business, so you can ultimately "FIRE YOUR BOSS!" How great would that be?

Show "PROSPECTS" that having a side hustle is OK. Explain to them the benefits of having a "HOME BASED BUSINESS."  

If you're really good at what you do, many of these "PROSPECTS" will see the value with what you're doing, and will follow you.

Your best "PROSPECTS" are individuals who either already own a business, or have in the past, and have experience. And think like an entrepreneur.

3) You must advertise:

There is "NO" business, whether it be brick and mortar, or Network Marketing where you don't have to advertise. I always tell my "NEW" members, that initially they can focus on FREE advertising, and I even give around 2,000 FREE sites for them utilize at first. But over time, you will want to create a monthly advertising budget. start out small, maybe a couple hundred a month, and then move up from there as you start making more.

Only you can decide what methods work for you, so record your results, because most of your advertising $$$ will just go to waste, but you have to do it anyway.

We all only have so many hours a day, and we can't spend every waking moment advertising, so that why spending a little cash on your business is not only smart, but will also FREE up some of your time (since you may work a full time job). 

When paying for advertising, you are getting your offers out there to the masses of people, and that will still allow you some extra time, to be prospecting (1 on 1). 

You're "LEVERAGING" yourself, and you will be able generate leads 24/7. and By doing this, you're giving yourself a greater chance at success. 

Experiment with your methods until you find what works, and then go all in. You owe it to yourself!

If you don't have the necessary funds for your advertising budget, retail some of your products, and then put some of that money back into your business.

*** 10 Ways To Help Your TEAM (MLM) *** {446}

 💙Network Marketing is about sponsoring, and teaching. As a personal sponsor, our job is to teach people, to teach people and so on.    

We are only coaches, and not their boss, just their trainer to always be there for motivation, and to encourage them. 

By doing the 10 things I mention below, I'm quite sure you will be able to help your "TEAM" advance. You cannot make anyone successful in Network Marketing. Each individual is responsible for their own business. You do however play an important role. All you should be doing is setting a good example, and hopefully your "TEAM" will follow your lead. (Teach, Teach, Teach!)

1) Be patient with your "TEAM" members:

Keep in mind as you help your members that everyone has a different learning curve. Most people already have a boss in some form, and they definitely don't want/need another one, so don't be bossy. Try to offer suggestions instead.

2) Look for good in people:

Every one of us is flawed in some ways, so try to find the good in each individual, and remind them of the good you see in them. We all have good in us as well, it's the sponsor's job to find it, and always pass that along. Everyone enjoys compliments and who knows, you may just motivate someone just by letting them know the great things they are doing.

3) "TEAM" members should also be working on personal development as much as possible. Make sure to encourage that:

Always try to teach new skills, share helpful videos and podcasts when you can. Network Marketing is all about personal development with a compensation plan attached.

4) Help your "TEAM" sponsor their first couple if people, and with a few names building their list: (The money is in the list)

By helping your "TEAM" sponsor a couple of new members, and to help them with a short list of possible prospects. By doing this, and getting quick results, you are helping them build confidence and having belief in themselves that they can do this. This will also have a trickle-down effect, because they can share their success stories with their new prospects. (A win/win for everyone)

5) Never do something for someone that they should be doing themselves:

The "GOAL" is to get your "TEAM" independent as quickly as possible, so they aren't always dependent on you. Keep it simple and show them what they need to be doing. It's their responsibility to do it. If everyone is fully dependent on "YOU" then no one is being successful. 90 days is more than sufficient enough time for them to get acclimated to the system.

6) Encourage your "TEAM" to attend and promote events:

Events are usually when people attend and make their decision to build a business. Network Marketing is an event driven industry, and many reps usually attend company events. As a sponsor, you should be promoting your social events, so you can to as many people as possible. When you get outsiders to your events, it's giving them social proof about your company, and you are more than likely to sign up a few reps while you're there.

7) Treat everyone with respect. Your relationships should be first:

Long term relationships equal long-term money. If you want your "TEAM" to stay, you must treat them with respect. With that being said, you are still going to have reps quit. It's inevitable! Show them you care. This industry is all about relationships, and your reps are less likely to quit on friends. (You're still going to have a high percentage of people quit, that's just a fact!) - You only need a select few like-minded individuals on your "TEAM" in order to build it big!

8) "NEW" "REPS" will go at their own pace, never push them to do more than they want to do:

Everyone has different "GOALS" and a work ethic, so that means that they may not be as committed as you. Find out what their "GOALS" are and help them achieve that, and never pressure them, because they may get aggravated and quit. Be patient, and work with each rep at their pace. (You will be able to see where each "NEW" rep is at once you start!)

9) You want your "REPS" to have a positive experience with the products, so encourage them to get auto-ship:

Teach your "REPS" to be their own best customers. You have to use them in order to have belief in them. That will give them a good testimonial for their customers. If no one purchases your products, that means no one earns. So, make sure you get them on auto-ship

10) If you want your "TEAM" to follow suit, you must lead by example:

Set the bar very high, so even if they do a fraction of what you do, you will be happy with their results. Sometimes leading your "TEAM" is like being a parent. Do the things you want them to do, and hope they follow. You can't force anyone to do what they don't want to do. Be there for them regardless. Just focus most of your energy on the "REPS" that truly want to learn.

💛When talking to other marketers, never say, my business is better than your business, or my product is better than your product. It's counterproductive and will get you "NO" where.   

Talk about such things as your team's recognition program and what makes it better. Talk about your leads program, and the FREE methods you use, until they start to put a little money in their pocket and then put some of it back into the business. Focus on team training, and why you believe it's better, and also talk about the system, and why it's different or better. 

Also, when talking with other marketers about your business, and you're trying to recruit them, you don't want to talk much about the compensation plan, products, or even your company. 

The key points listed above are what other marketers are really interested in, and it's the best and quickest way to stand out from everyone else. Companies are a dime a dozen, but you have to do your due diligence in order to find the right company for you.

If you're not willing to put in two to five years of hard work with minimal income, then I suggest you find another way to earn some income!

*** 10 Things You Can Do To Grow Your MLM Business *** {443}

💣Today I'm going to share 10 quick tips you can try to grow your business, absolutely no out of pocket cost, and they aren't time consuming. Give a few of these methods a try and see what you think.    

1) Depending on what your product is, offer a FREE sample to a couple of people.

2) Contact a couple of people on Facebook and ask them to purchase a specific product that you're selling. If they do and like it, they may be a returning customer, and will most likely tell some of their friends, or family members.

3) If you've had reps quit the business, or any former customers, contact a few of them and invite them back. Make sure to let them know if there's been any changes or improvements in the business, or with the products.

4) When you can spare thirty minutes or so, add people to your Facebook friends list. If you can do this on a consistent basis, think about how many people you will come in contact with. Right now, Facebook has (1.69 billion users!) You only need to find a select few in order to take your business to the next level.

5) If you don't have a LinkedIn page, I highly recommend getting one. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rick2323/) This is a goldmine because almost everyone here is doing some type of business and is wanting to connect. The system actually has different messages for you to send in order to connect such as Happy Birthday, Congratulations on your work anniversary, etc... All you have to do is send, and almost always they will thank you. This is an ice breaker, and very easy to do. I receive connection requests everyday unlike Facebook. You can build your list very fast.

6) When you're out and about living your life, hand out some business cards or drop cards. No need to make special trips, do it on the weekends if have you have to. If you do this enough, I'm quite sure you can recruit a few reps, or customers to your business.

7) Contact a couple of your team members just to check in and see how they are doing, and if they need some help. This probably sounds peculiar, and you're asking yourself, how can this help? Well here at DigiSoft Payline, we are built around leverage as are many other opportunities out there. and by helping a team mate possibly recruit a new rep, sales are also passed up to the sponsors. This works for everyone within the business. Any business you are a part of, must either have a residual income plan implemented, or must be built around leverage. Otherwise, you have "NO" chance of ever building a huge business and that's just an honest fact!

8) As you already know if you've been in this industry for any length of time, that this is a numbers game, and you will "NO" quite often. Follow up with a few of the people who told you "NO" in the past and see if their situation has changed. Timing is everything, and they may finally be ready to join your team.

9) Randomly contact someone on your Facebook list, that you may never have contacted before, and invite them to a webinar, or a company video.

10) Contact a team member that you've never had any contact with before, and brainstorm to see how maybe you can help each other. Just because you're the sponsor doesn't mean that your team member might not have a good idea.

💓 Make it a priority to come up with a list of activities that will move your business forward. At least give a couple of these methods a try, or feel free to come up with your own. Enjoy your day!
