*** FaceBook Strategy Generating more Leads/Customers for your small business opportunity *** {354}

😀 {Facebook Marketing Strategy}:   

 In this post, I'm going to give you yet another Method on how to use Facebook with your business to generate more leads/customers, and I'm only telling you this because not many are doing it. There are over a billion users. This is a very simple 3 step process if you choose to use it. Below are the steps...Also you want to make sure that your profile page is professional looking, but not with anything about your business. It should also be about you the person, and make sure to have a nice profile picture of yourself. Your background setting can be of your choosing, just make it clean and fun.    

{Step 1}, 

→Facebook typically sends you People that they think will be a good friend, which means that you can pick and choose who you would like to connect with. I look for people that have a nice smile, and look friendly, make sure to check out their profile page, so you can find out a little more about the person. This is so you can get to know them better. You want to build a rapport with that person. Network Marketing is all about building relationships, and it's much easier to sell a product or service to someone once they like and trust you. You can look to see if they have kids, or a hobby, Or even a favorite sports team. The possibilities are endless. You find what suits you and work the numbers. In most cases you won't need months to build a rapport. One of my favorite strategies to use is very unique, and I'm the only one that does it, and have pretty good success, and I meet people from all walks of life, and learn about other cultures, and have met a lot of very nice people who now like and trust me, and would follow me to the end of the earth if I asked them too. Keep it simple, because your prospects aren't stupid, and if you over complicate things, they will have self-doubt weather or not they can be successful.

{Step 2}

→If they accept your friend request, send them a short message that sounds something like this. You can edit this if you like.

Hey John, thank you so much for accepting my friend request. I noticed on your profile that you're a School Teacher...That's awesome! What grade do you teach? (Ask Questions, keep them talking, so you can build a rapport). Eventually I will lead the conversation to what they do for a living and let them do the talking. The reason I do this is because Once i get a better idea about them, and what they do for a living, I will then tell them that I have this thing that I do from home, to generate a little extra money, and then see if they might be open to what I have to offer, if didn't interfere with what they are already doing. Keep it simple, and not too technical, or you will scare them off. Also, by asking them if they're "OPEN", You are giving them a way out and not trying to pressure them into making a bad decision. 

{Step 3}

→ Ok, now you're in the home stretch. If they tell you that they would be "OPEN" to checking out what you have to offer, you can now send them your content. It could be a link to your website, or even a video about your company/product. You can also send them to a blog post, if you're a blogger such as myself, or basically it's up to you, how to get them the info. For me, I send them the link to our (6 minute how it works movie) and tell them to make sure to create their FREE Tour Takers Account, and then to watch the short video, and then to contact me with any questions, so we can discuss further to see if this will be a good fit for them. By doing this, I'm putting myself out there, and also giving them away out. For best results, ask them how soon they can check out your content, so you can set up a time and date to get together so you can go over the info you gave them. Make sure it's no longer than a week, but at their convenience, and then once you contact them again, you can then ask if they have questions and go from there. 

➤Note:) You've just seen 3 very simple steps in using Facebook for your small business. Facebook is more designed for keeping in touch with family and friends, and not so much for business purposes, but because of the growth of Facebook, I recommend at least trying it. You want to have a game plan when using this, and what I mean is that make sure you have a script in place such as I have, and how you would like to get the ball rolling once you make contact with your prospects. Also, you want to have in your mind how many people a day/week/or month, that you're going to contact, and make sure to stick to your game plan. Just know that you are going to get more "NO'S than Yes', and that's because this is a numbers game, and I can guarantee by utilizing this one strategy, that success is Eminent. There are many different ways to build a small business, and by prospecting (1 on 1), You can't fail because this is the best way to build your business. Try to prospect at least 5-20 people per day, and if you follow my techniques, you can't fail. It's just going to take a little time and effort on your part, and many "NOs!"

→ Once you get back to your prospect, and you find out what they thought about your opportunity, and have answered any questions they may have, and they sound like they're interested, you always ask for the sale! With conviction, you say, "Well it sounds like you're ready to join. (This is only if you are speaking on Messenger, or text, but not by phone.) If they don't answer you, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, answer back! Leave it in their court and move on to the next person. Trust me, I do this all the time. You will come across people all the time, that will tell you that they are ready to join, and have credit card in hand, and for whatever reason, won't join because something always comes up. My philosophy is that my prospect is a prospect until they buy, or die, unless I hear a definite "NO", and even then, some of your best "Team Members" will be the ones that told you "NO" for years! With the way our industry has changed over the years, it's much easier to build a successful "Team" because so many companies such as (DigiSoft Payline), are built around leverage, which means because of the structure of the compensation plan, (Residual Income), You can more money much quicker, and so can your "Team Members" When I started in this industry back in 2006, you needed hundreds, if not thousands In your "Downline" just make a little money, and it's not that way anymore, at least with most "LEGITIMATE" companies. *** Very Powerful Tips In Order To Be Successful With Your Network Marketing Company *** {353}

 😀Helpful Lesson:   

This industry is about helping others.  Most people do not have the skills or abilities to go out and recruit hundreds of people. But anyone can sign up a family member or friend.  

Your real key to success is to help each person you sponsor enroll two or three people that are close to them, and then help their new people do the same thing. That is really your only responsibility as a sponsor.

This is much smarter and much easier than throwing a lot of mud against the wall to see what sticks.  Build depth.  Sponsor and teach.  As you do this, you will naturally find leaders in depth who take the bull by the horns and run with it. You only need a few likeminded individuals to build your business, but you will have to go through many just to find the select few that you're looking for.

Most people are not leaders or super salespeople, and that's ok. Everyone can refer a few who refer a few, who eventually lead you to a few people who refer a lot. Keep the business simple.  Use a simple system that anyone can follow. That really is the key to big success in this industry.  

Going the Distance:

 This business is a marathon, not a sprint.  I understand that most people already know that, but when the rubber meets the road, most people do not have the mental toughness to persevere UNTIL they succeed.  Most people get frustrated somewhere between the 30–90-day mark because they’ve put in some work and they aren’t seeing big results yet, and either quit, or find another business to join, and by doing this, you're setting yourself up for failure every time.

The truth is most businesses that I know of, in any industry, normally takes a year or two just to get profitable and at least five years to get established and running smoothly.  You have to have some vision and mental toughness to succeed.  You have to know what you are aiming towards, and you must put in the work, day in and day out. With a good mentor/sponsor, you can however cut down slightly on your time for success.

I heard a story not long ago about a Nu Skin distributor who took TEN YEARS to make it to the top rank of his company (no, I'm not in Nu Skin). -> (I'm with The Prosperity Marketing System) => Free for the first 7 days, and then just $12 to join.

Do you know what he said?  IT WAS WORTH IT!  Even if it takes you 15-20 years of part-time work to build a six-figure residual income with your company it is well worth the effort. (1-2 hours a day)

That’s the point I'm trying to make.  If you really want what our industry has to offer (time, money and freedom) why question or worry about how long it takes to succeed?  Everyone’s situation will be different.  Some individuals will do it quickly, while others will take a while. Even if it takes you a while YOU STILL WIN! And think about how it will impact your family moving forward.

Most of the top earners I know took AT LEAST five to ten years to build up a substantial income in their company and sometimes even longer. Considering you are doing it part-time that’s still a great deal. 

The bottom line is that you need to set some goals, plan your work and work your plan UNTIL you get there.  It will typically take longer than you expect, but it's still worth it, as long as you treat it like a business, and not a hobby!

Must Do List:

  • Every Sunday evening, create your work schedule for the week
  • Create a written business plan
  • Have a written daily mode of operations
  • Set aside 30 minutes each day for personal development
  • Find a GOOD mentor
  • Work the business a minimum 1-2 hours every day
  • Focus 90%-95% of your efforts on the money producing activities
  • Set a number between 5 and 30 and make a commitment to expose the products and business opportunity to that many people every day 7 days a week, or however many days of operation you deem necessary.

Skeptical Prospects Are Some of The Best Prospects:

In most cases, most prospects will not sign up or buy what you are offering them the first time you talk with them.  When people join on the spot, it actually worries me. In most cases it takes on average of 7-20 exposures before a decision is made.

What I look for in a prospect is someone who will sell themselves and put some thought into their buying decision.  Most people who rush into the business rush out of it! If I'm using social media to prospect, I look at the individual's profile on their page to see if they appear to be the kind of person I want on my team.

When someone is skeptical, has objections or has questions, do NOT let it bother you. It is a good thing. It’s natural. It means they need more information and more follow up! For best results try setting up a 1 on 1 phone conversation. You can build trust and rapport much quicker this way, and by doing so, your prospects are more apt to buy from you.

If I only looked for people who are ready right now, I would be leaving a lot of money on the table. I would get frustrated and probably give up, because most people are not ready right now. I've talked to many prospects personally who have had credit card in hand, and ready to join, but will continue to give excuses why they haven't. If you're in this industry for any length of time, You might as well expect this to happen to you as well. Don't take it personally, because it's not you, It's just human nature!

Top earners have said that in five years from now your best business builders will be people who told you NO many times before they eventually joined your team.  Your best distributors will typically be the people who were the most skeptical at first. Food for thought.

💥Anyone working a small Network Marketing Business/Company already knows that in order to be successful, there are few things that you need to do daily. Everyone builds their business in different ways, and that's ok. One of the many things that I do, is post FREE ADS all over the net, and I thought I would help you out by posting links below that will take you to as many FREE sites as you need in order to get your Biz Opps seen. I personally post anywhere from 10-20 every day. Now I'm not saying that you can just post a few ADS, and you will be standing on the mountain top by next week, but this is a start. Yesterday I uploaded a new Tour Taker Email to your DSP Team Mailer. As always you can edit the email if you want before you send it, but please login and send it!

Not emailing your Tour Takers is like refusing to talk to your customers if you had a traditional retail store.

There is also a growing list of pre-composed emails that you can send to your Tour Takers in your Payliners Room. Click on the tab called: DSP Mailbox

You should be emailing your Tour Takers every 2-3 days at the minimum, and if you want to do it every day, that`s ok too!

If you are not emailing your Tour Takers about DigiSoft, I can GUARANTEE someone else is emailing them about another program! So, keep dripping on your Tour Takers with the DSP Team Mailer!

Downline Tour Taker Email!

If you have Inactive Payliners directly under you and they have Tour Takers, you can email those Tour Takers too. We call those Downline Tour Takers, and when you have them, a second Team Mailer shows up below your first Team Mailer with a pre-composed email in it. Just add your subject line and click to send!

Inactive Payliners

Some of you have Inactive Payliners, and you should also be using the DSP Team Mailer to encourage them to reactivate their account.

If they reactivate their account for just $7, they…

- will not have to purchase any Package that they already paid for
- will not have re-qualify at any Package Level that are already Qualified at
- if they had any Tour Takers, they will still be there when they reactivate

💥Today I'm going to talk about Advertising to Job Seekers... A lot of people are terrified about the possibility of being a business owner, either because they have tried it once before, or know someone who has, and they have had a bad opinion due to bad experiences, so in order to market to these people, you have to make your content sound like a Job versus a Business...      

Below is a list of 10 Job Opportunity Websites that you can use in order to place ADS for FREE! If you should use Craigslist, or Backpage to Advertise to these people, there are over 14 million Unemployed... (Go to the Resume Section of these 2 sites:-)

On average, an Individual usually needs to see content from you 7-20 times, before they make an educated decision whether to join or not, so you will need to follow up without giving them your website, or a video unless they ask after the initial contact. This method is extremely difficult, so I recommend not wasting a lot of time doing it. I usually use Craigslist and make about 20 contacts or so, every couple of weeks. It won't take very long. maybe 15 minutes.
