*** What You Should Know Before Starting A Home Based Business *** [397}

💥For this post, I thought I would make a small list of things you should know before starting your own home-based business: This is part 2. You can check out part 1 here... 👇

 1) Is it legit? You can research any company by simply googling them, or you can contact Admin and ask the really tough questions. If they are legit, they won't mind answering your questions, such as how long they have been in business?

 2) Google company reviews. Have they had any complaints? A few is fine and expected.

 3) Find out who the creator/admin is? This is not hard at all. If the admin keeps his/her identity a secret, chances are it's not legit.

 4) Find out how many members they have? This is very hard to do, but not impossible. Should you be not able to find out, don't let this detour you from your decision. This is definitely not a deal breaker.

 5) Look at the capture pages? If they look generic, you probably want to stay away. 

 6) What kind of products/services do they offer? Are they saturated all over the internet?

 7) Compensation plan? Do they offer a residual or multiple streams of income? List Infinity doesn't offer a residual, but we are built around leverage, and this is a necessity if you're looking for retirement money.

 8) Have they implemented a refund policy? This is very important. Read the disclaimer very carefully because I personally know many people who have had problems, and tried to get a refund, and were unable. typically, if a company has a refund policy, it's usually only good for the first 30-90 days.

 9) On the company website, there should always be a contact us form so you contact admin any time that you want? If you have questions, don't be shy, send in a support ticket, or call.

 10) Can you navigate freely around the website/back-office area? If you're having problems finding things, there's a good chance your "NEW" prospects will also.

 11) Are there several fees involved? Make sure to ask about any and all fees you will acquire along the way. I've seen too many opportunities that charge you "X" amount, and then once a member, you find all kind of "upsells" on the inside. Again, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it would be nice to know before you join. (List Infinity has a 7-day FREE TRIAL OFFER, and then you can join for $27). Where else can YOU start your very own Home-Based Business any cheaper? Don't let the small price tag fool you, because the earning "POTENTIAL" is guaranteed as long as you give yourself a chance at success.

 12) What kind of Marketing platform has been implemented? Every business must have ways to advertise otherwise it can't prosper and grow. I have my own Marketing strategies and teach them to anyone who joins my team. You can't "FAIL" if you don't quit!

 13) What is the start-up cost? The average cost to start a business online these days is between $75-$250. Obviously, there are many more expensive. If you have problems recruiting, it's probably best to stay away from high ticket items. They aren't any easier than low ticket programs, and if you decide to "QUIT" like so many in our industry do, you won't lose as much money throughout the process.

 14) Are you able to contact your sponsor? I know this one all to well. When i first started in this industry back in 2006, I was eager to learn and signed up for just about everything. Spent thousands of dollars, and with each company, my sponsor would go into the witness protection program once I joined. Making me have to learn everything on my own, which I finally have. I just want you to be prepared when you join a company, that you probably won't here from your sponsor at all.  15) Find out about the compensation plan? Do you get paid daily, weekly, monthly? We get paid multiple times per day, and don't have to wait for it...100% commissions via (www.paypal.com) I also use (Western Union, Money Gram, Venmo, and Payoneer)

*** A Few Reasons Why Network Marketers Are Unsuccessful *** {396}

I've been a Network Marketer since 2006, and have done alright for myself during that time, and feel like I've accumulated quite a bit of knowledge, so I would like to give you a few reasons why 98.2% In our industry are failing to make any money. Keep in mind that as of this post, Network Marketing is a 427-billion-dollar industry a year!

 1) Most people will join a company, and then not put in the necessary work and dedication needed to be successful. You can do this on a part time basis and still achieve your goals. I happen to know many 6 and 7 figure earners that are working their business like a job. (full time-40 hours weekly) Put in the time and effort, and you will get out of it, what you put into it!   

 2) I also see people sign up for a program, and then a month later they quit because they didn't make any money and then start bashing our industry. I can't say for sure what kind of effort they put into their business, but I would be willing to bet, not much! You've heard the old cliche' Rome wasn't built a day. This certainly applies here. Your business can't possibly flourish in just a month or even a few months. The first Mcdonald's which was founded in Des Plaines, Illinois on April 15th, 1955, didn't make a profit for over 5 years, so give your business a chance. I tell my Team to give it at least 2 years minimum before deciding if this is what you want to do. Just remember, if you choose to go back to tiny little cubicle, all you're doing is making your boss rich. You will never make more than you can with Internet Marketing, and you can spend a lot more time doing what you want, and with family, and friends!

 3) Another big mistake I see others make, including myself when I first came into this industry, and that is jumping from program to program. (Huge Mistake). Every time you quit the company, you're with, and join another one, all you've managed to do, is start all over at the bottom of the food chain. You're building momentum, and then, BAM! you just stopped all of the momentum you had already built. I know the mindset. They think that by jumping into another program, that things will be easier, and much better with the new company they joined, and that couldn't be further from the truth. All businesses are the same, and you still have to put in the same amount of time and effort in order to achieve success. Think about that the next time you decide to quit. YOU WILL NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL! And that's a fact!

 4) This one isn't your fault. I don't know the exact numbers, but I would venture to say that at least 90% of all Network Marketing companies out there are complete garbage. I've been involved with my share of garbage and have lost my share of money along the way. If this happen to you, don't feel too bad about it, because we've all been there, and you can't do anything about it now except use it to fuel your fire for success. If you're not sure about a company, check them out by googling them, or you can even contact the ADMIN. If they are legit, then they won't mind answering the tough questions you have. *** Marketing Tip (Managing Your Expectations) *** {395}

💘MANAGING YOUR EXPECTATIONS:

 In this industry you must learn how to manage your expectations. Too many prospects join a company and expect to make money right away. You can, but it takes a lot of time and effort to make the kind of money you're looking for. Entrepreneurs need to understand that no matter what company they join, in many cases it will take at least a couple of years before some make their first dollar of profit online.

 And then you have prospects who believe that they will make hundreds to several thousand within their first month or two, and typically it doesn't work that way. (Although it is possible, and has been done, just not a very realistic mind set to have).   

 Once again it does take time to build any business in any niche. When you own your own online business, it's not like having a job where you trade time for money.

 Instead, you are trying to build a business that has ongoing residual income. And if doesn't, you at least need to be with a company built around leverage. These are the only 2 ways you can make the kind of money you want. You must display a bit of patience. We can help you out here at List Infinity.

 My suggestion to you is, first determine how much money you would like to make realistically in the next couple of years and then make sure you understand your company's compensations plan, so you will know exactly how many customers, distributors, and leaders you will need in order to reach your income goals.

 Once you understand the necessary numbers needed to achieve your goals, Do some planning to see what you must do to achieve them over the next couple of years. This is much better than just hoping for the best. (You always want to strategize.)

 Before starting, come up with a game plan, and get to work. Look at your business from year to year, instead of week to week, or month to month. You are in it of the long haul.

 Finally, never have expectations of others who join your business, because you will just be disappointed. By expecting nothing from others, you can never be let down. In this case, you can hope for the best.

Regardless of which Industry your involved with, you must give yourself time to succeed. If you're working your online business consistently and doing all the right things, the results will soon follow...

💖What Rock Stars Do For Success:

 You should never quit when things aren't going well with your online business, because not every day will be roses. If you spend any time in this industry, you're going to find out that you have ups and downs. It's a matter of perseverance and dedication in order to get through the tough times, and I know you can do it, if you will just set your mind to it.      

 The most common thing I see people doing when things get tough, is quit their current company, and join something else, thinking that things will be different, and I'm sorry to say...Nothing will change! Every time you do this, you are basically starting all over from ground zero. If you've followed my posts, I know I repeat myself a lot, but I just want you to understand, that I have your best interest at heart, and want nothing but the best for you... 

 The first thing you need to do is to evaluate your current strategies, and daily action plans, and what you can possibly do differently. My suggestion for you is:

 Instead of changing businesses, try evaluating, and changing some strategies. Chances are that you only need to make 1 or 2 small changes to your daily activity to get back on course.

 It's very simple. Ask yourself these 2 questions.

     1) What am I doing that I shouldn't be doing?
    2) What am I not doing that I should be doing?

 If/when you answer those questions, it should reveal a lot about where the problem lies. 

 Contact your upline, and brainstorm ideas with him or her. Always keep that person in the loop. You will be glad you did.  ==> Before starting any online endeavor, you must make at least a TWO YEAR, if not THREE-YEAR commitment to your business. Any less time and will NEVER achieve the success you want.

Been there myself many times over the years, but now I don't need a good sponsor because I usually know more than they do, but that's only because I've taken the time to learn the ins and outs of our industry. I need others to be successful, so doesn't it only make sense that I do my best to provide quality training in order for all of us to be successful? Absolutely YES!

*** 30 Way's To Make Better Progress In Your Life *** {392}

💙Life is too short and you should have a daily routine. By doing this, you will eliminate poor or bad habits. Below is just a small list of things you could be doing:    

 1) Wake Up Early-You can get more accomplished throughout the course of a day!

 2) Read Daily- Try doing this for about 30 minutes per day!

 3) Eat Well- 5-6 small meals daily are best!

 4) Love Yourself- If you don't, who will...!

 5) Judge Less- You'll find that the less you judge, the less headaches you create for yourself!

 6) Set Goals- Make them realistic and do everything in your power to achieve them!

 7) Plan Your Day- You don't have to account for every second, but you will find by doing this, that your life will be much less chaotic!

 8) Positive Attitude- Your accomplishments will be far greater throughout life!

 9) Be Yourself- Show people the real you. You will build a far better rapport with acquaintances!

 10) Have Purpose- You will have self-worth, which in turn will give you more confidence with everyday life!

 11) Find Inspiration- This is strictly up to you, how you find it. Could be church, or things that make you angry, or even through a loved one, etc...!

 12) Love Others- You never know how someone else feels, or what they are going through, and you just might make their day!

 13) Network- If you're an entrepreneur such as I, you will be able to build a much bigger business and might even be a problem solver for others!

 14) Save Money- This is obvious and needs no explanation! 

 15) Automate- This piggy backs off of Networking. By Automating, you are able to make your job much easier and again will allow you to grow your business!

 16) Delegate- Life is so much easier if you can get others to complete some of your daily tasks!

 17) Track Finances- It can curb impulse spending, help you achieve your financial goals, cut unnecessary purchases out of your budget, force you to focus on what is worth spending your money on, and overall, will make managing your money easier!

 18) Build A Brand- Beyond just a memorable logo, good branding increases the value of a company, provides employees with direction and motivation, and makes acquiring new customers easier. ... A brand represents the sum of people's perception of a company's customer service, reputation, advertising and logo!

 19) Fail Fast- is a philosophy that values extensive testing and incremental development to determine whether an idea has value. An important goal of the philosophy is to cut losses when testing reveals something isn't working and quickly try something else, a concept known as pivoting! (There is a saying that says, you have to fail before you succeed, and that's very true in almost every case)

 20) Interact- You can build many quality relationships with more interactions!

 21) Learn Skills- Here are just a few benefits. Critical thinking, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, etc...!

 22) Invest- Expend money with the expectation of achieving a profit or material result by putting into financial schemes, shares or property, or by using it to develop a commercial venture!

 23) Journal- You are able to keep daily thoughts and events and track your life from beginning to end! (Leave your legacy behind)

 24) Meditate- This is for spiritual purposes, and for relaxation of mind, body & soul!

 25) Get a Mentor- Mentors can guide you and answer questions, in your walk of life!

 26) Think Big- Being able to dream and visualize what you're capable of achieving, with no limitations!

 27) Be Productive- Creating or producing a larger number of things you do throughout the course of your day!

 28) Do More- This can allow you the opportunity for greater success!

 29) Spend Wisely- This can help you from stressing out financially and helps create positive spending habits!

 30) Ambitious- Always striving to reach a goal, through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. This is crucial for success, no matter what that is!

*** How To Convince People To Join Your Network Marketing Company? *** {391}

💟With prospecting comes a lot of objections. I've experienced them, and so will you if you're into Network Marketing for any length of time. For this post, I'm going to give you some of my tips to overcome prospects objections:             

⧪ I DON'T HAVE TIME:

Explain to your prospect how Network Marketing can create long term residual income, and time used now will bring more time and freedom later.

⧪ I DON'T HAVE MONEY:

Explain to your prospect how the initial startup cost to join you is significantly lower than any other business opportunity. In our industry, the average cost to become a distributor is about $200. With Us, you can get started for just $12. Then explain how much they spend on the necessities. Rent, Groceries, Gas, etc... If your prospect can find the money to invest a couple thousand dollars for that new car. (Used to them), Then they can certainly find a way to get the initial startup cost to join your business. Especially mine. Also remind them the differences between buying that new car and investing into your business will reward them exponentially for the rest of their life.

⧪ I NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT:

Show the prospect that you're offering them the ability to solve many of life's problems, such as education, time, and financial freedom. What else is there to think about?

You can't wait for success to happen; you have to go get it yourself. By thinking about it, every day you delay a day behind you where you could miss your next superstar joining your company.

⧪ MY FRIEND TRIED IT AND FAILED:

Just because your friend failed and had negative things to say about it doesn't mean you will fail. Your friend may not have put in the time and effort that's necessary for success. If you treat it like a business, and not a hobby, your chance of success improves dramatically.

The beauty about MLM is that you don't need tons of family or friends to be successful. As long as you're confident in yourself, and abilities, anyone can become a part of your team. Could be a car salesman, bank teller, or just a neighbor. The important thing to remember is that you have to play the numbers.
