*** MLM Quick Tips To Grow Your Business/Sad But True Cool Facts *** {507}

💥It doesn't matter what type of small business you're trying to build, I always enjoy making posts that can potentially help the next person become successful. It puts a smile on my face, because our industry has taken a beating. There is so much garbage online, that sometimes it's hard for some people to sypher out what's trash, and what's not, and trust me, there is a lot! I know because I've been scammed out of a lot of money, more than once, but I'm persistent, and NEVER QUIT! And this is why I'm successful. You can be too if you will just dig in a dedicate yourself to your craft, and with my help, I believe anyone can!!!     

😀 {MLM Tips}

Successful businesses are built over a long period of time, not days or months. So before starting a new venture, you should develop the mindset that this is a long term, and you will occur some speed bumps along the way. (We've all been there, done that)

Over the long haul, your goal should be to sponsor 2-5 reps consistently month after month. Top earners have done this for 10 years or longer, and that's why they are successful.

Years ago, I was with a company called Quixtar. It's a sister company to Amway, and A lot of the top earners in the company took many years to achieve the ranking they did because they were persistent, and consistent. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!

I believe you should set aside about 20 minutes per day for personal development. Your business will only grow as much as you do. You never stop learning. None of us do!

Build your business from the bottom up. Work with most eager, and excited distributors at the deepest level in your organization. 

Your job as a sponsor is to be there for your reps. You can't build it for them, because it's their business. Always have a positive demeanor and treat others as you would want to be treated, and don't waste time working with the reps who aren't willing to get down and dirty. Work with the willing and keep it simple!

I said focus on the positive because we become what we think about. Everything you say and think will either move you closer to your goal, or farther away. Understand the Law of attraction.

{What is the law of attraction and how it works?}

Simply put, the law of attraction says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back to you. So, if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract better and positive things into your life.

*** Marketing Tips Using FaceBook *** {506}

💝 As you already know, Facebook is the biggest social media platform on the entire internet. (1.69 billion people) at the time of this post so you won't have any problems finding your Rock Stars. Be smart!    

{Marketing Tip:}

The goal is to approach people to make friends, and build rapport, not to sign them up as a rep in your company...At least right away! By taking your time, and not rushing it, you will be surprised at the results you will get.

{Why am I being messaged?}

Example: Hey John, I noticed in your news feed that you have a Rottweiler, and I have one also (dog). I liked the post you made about it and had to comment. Get personal and always call them by name in your message.

{In order to keep the conversation going, end with a question?}

Look at their news feed and use common sense. Don't ask them what they do for a living if it's already on their profile. By asking questions you're keeping the conversation going and build a rapport.

{Don't make these mistakes:}

Share positive things that your potential new rep will find valuable such as images, inspirational or business quotes, Success stories, etc. Never over promote your company, or link all over your profile because this is an immediate turn off for your prospect because they can smell the shark in the water, and that you're not interested in them, but only interested in building your business. I almost never advertise my business/products on Facebook. I like to post from blog, leading with value.

{Closing Tip:}

Never just take a message and copy and paste to a bunch of people, because it's not personal enough. 

{My Advice:}

Enjoy the process, but make sure to go all in, you won't regret it.

{Bonus Tips}:

  • ➤Target a Specific Audience. (Stay @ home moms/Dads, retired individuals, college students, etc...)
  • ➤Run a Simple Contest to Up Engagement. (Of your choosing)
  • ➤Create Short, Enticing Video Posts. (2-4 minutes if possible)
  • ➤Use Eye Contact in Your Images to Direct Attention. 
  • ➤Post Funny Images/memes of Dogs Acting Like Humans or Babies Acting Like Adults. People like humor and like to laugh.

*** 32 Inexpensive/FREE ways To Advertise Your Small Business Locally!/Funny Dialog *** {504}

 😀Below in no particular order are 32 quick, easy, and inexpensive or FREE ways to advertise your small business locally. Pick just a few and give them a try. Don't just do these once and quit, be persistent, even if you should try new methods.   

1) Post an "AD" on Craigslist. (Outside the U.S are FREE)
2) Pass out flyers at your local mall.
3) Place your biz cards under windshield wipers at your local Walmart.
4) Pass out business ‘buttons’ to everyone you meet.
5) Hand out pens to people you meet.
6) Create simple welcome gifts to give to newcomers with your business info enclosed.
7) Ask to leave business cards or flyers in some of your local area businesses. (Make sure their services compliment yours!)
8) Stamp all envelopes you mail out with your own personalized business stamp.
9) Likewise include a business card inside ALL outgoing mail.
10) Rent a booth at local events to showcase your business and/or products.
11) Post flyers on the message boards at local colleges and trade schools.
12) Slip a business card into relevant books at your local bookstore. (Don’t over-do this one!)
13) Likewise, ask the local library if you can create bookmarks to slip inside some of the books there.
14) When you receive junk mail… give the sender a dose of their own medicine! Use the postage paid envelope to mail your own flyer back to them.
15) Slip a biz card, postcard, or flyer under the wipers of cars at your church.
16) Consider passing out magnetized biz cards… they are more ‘sticky’ than your typical biz card.
17) Purchase a car magnet for your car… they generally aren’t ridiculously expensive and can last awhile.
18) Additionally, you can choose to get a vinyl sticker for your back windshield to advertise with.
19) Leave business cards on the bathroom counters of local diners.
20) See if you have a local area ‘Welcome Wagon’ type group and ask if you can contribute samples and promo materials to the welcome gift.
21) Join your local Chamber of Commerce… this can be a great way to network and make valuable contacts.
22) Visit local daycare centers and pre-schools… ask if you can leave business cards or flyers in the lobby.
23) Likewise with rental agencies, real estate offices, and leasing offices. Offer the office members a special gift or discount for allowing you to advertise with them.
24) Use snack bags and create mini ‘promo’ packages. Include your biz card, a mini flyer, a goody such as candy or a pen, and hand them out wherever you go.
25) Rent a booth as school events and take the opportunity to showcase your business to other parents.
26) Give friends and family members a small incentive to pass out your business cards for you throughout their daily ritual.
27) Leave your business card when you tip your waitress.
28) Donate a product or service to your local radio stations… they always hold giveaways and are always looking for new sponsors.
29) Consider placing an "AD" in those Free Renters Guides and Homeowners Guides.
30) Attend networking events and meet ups in your local area. You will be amazed at the new and profitable contacts you can make.
31) Finally… don’t neglect the power of word of mouth. Tell people about your business and ask them to tell others. Hold a contest or offer some sort of incentive to prod them along.

32) If you order fast food through a drive through, hand the person waiting on you a business card.

*** Is Duplication A Lie? (MLM) *** {503}

 💖This is one of the most talked about subjects in our industry, and opinions will vary. Any successful rep will tell you that less than 2% of their team actually duplicated what they did regardless of the system they were involved with.   

My take is if you're already involved in Network Marketing, how many of your personally sponsored reps have sponsored 25-50 reps? Or how many of them even made it to your rank? Probably very few, if any.

{Numbers you should know}

⧭Approximately 80%-90% of your team will sponsor no one (0)!

⧭Approximately 10%-20% of your team will do something to grow their business on a part time basis!

⧭Approximately 1%-3% of your team will treat it like a business and catch the vision!

These are rough numbers but are pretty close to accurate. As I said earlier, that's depending on who you ask. you will get a different response from everyone. I can also bet that other successful reps would have numbers very similar.

When talking to a prospect, you have 2 choices. Talk about the business, or the products, and let your prospect decide their next move. They will have to decide what is the best option for them.

The crazy part of this industry is that people can fool you, because sometimes the people you think are going to join in the business only want to be a consumer and purchase your products, and the individuals you feel are leaning toward purchasing some of your products, are the people that end up signing up with your company under you as a rep.

The rule of thumb here is that you only need around 2-6 rock stars who understand the concept, in order to build a 6-figure income. Speaking for myself a very small % of your TEAM will duplicate your success and build it big. Everyone on your TEAM can help create volume.

You be the judge. Is duplication a lie? I wouldn't go to the point of calling it a lie, but It's not very likely that it happens. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.
