*** Good Questions to Ask Your MLM/Affiliate Upline? /Bicep Blasters Workouts *** {643}

 πŸ‘ŠWhen you're in the process of starting an online business, it's always a good idea to contact your successful upline and pick their brain because they probably have a wealth of knowledge to share, plus they should have an interest in you succeeding. If you're successful, then that will help them be successful.

If you get a bad upline, and they do exist. You can always travel several levels above you in the hierarchy until you find the right person who will answer your questions and is willing to work with you.

If you want to be successful at anything, you should go find someone who has already done what you're trying to accomplish and ask them how they did it. Follow their lead and don't try to reinvent the wheel, at least until you make a few sales and understand the business model because you will avoid many mistakes and the learning curve won't take as long.

When contacting your upline in hopes of finding someone to mentor you, here are just a few questions you can ask, in no particular order.

1) What is the biggest mistake you made while building your business, and how did you overcome it?

2) How do you build your business?

3) Who is your mentor?

4) How do you generate leads?

5) What is your daily mode of operation?

6) How many people have you personally sponsored to this point?

7) What is a good conversion rate?

8) Any advice on how to increase my conversion rate?

9) Should I lead with the product/s or the business?

10) What business tools do you use?

11) What is the best way to show the business plan?

12) What books are you reading and have read?

13) Do you have a specific book that helped the most?

14) How much time daily do you spend building your business?

15) What audio/video training do you recommend?

16) If I want to make X amount per month, what would I need to do?

17) What can I do in order to get duplication from my team?

18) What are the steps to success that I need to follow?

19) If you knew what you know right now and were starting over again, what would you do differently?

20) What do you recommend I do right now to get started?

21) What can I do in order to get you to help me?

22) How can I stay motivated?

23) What do you expect of me?

24) How old is the company?

25) Who is the CEO/Admin?

πŸ™This is a good starting point. Make sure you keep a notebook and write down and document everything. If you think of anything else by all means, just ask. Some of these questions should be able to be googled!

{Pastel Ball Python}

The Pastel Ball Python is a popular morph among reptile enthusiasts, known for its vibrant colors and genetic versatility. It is a co-dominant morph, meaning that breeding a Pastel with a normal Ball Python can produce offspring with the Pastel trait, and breeding two Pastels together can result in a "Super Pastel," which has even more intense coloration.

Key Features

  • Coloration: High-contrast yellows, often with blushing (lighter areas) on the sides and back. The intensity of yellow can vary depending on the individual snake and its lineage.
  • Eyes: Typically, green or pale in color.
  • Pattern: Defined patterns with reduced dark pigmentation, making the yellows stand out more.
  • Lips: Often white or pale, adding to their striking appearance.

Genetics

  • Type: Co-dominant (or incomplete dominant).
  • Breeding Potential: When bred with other morphs, Pastels can enhance the brightness and contrast of the offspring's colors. They are often used in combination with other morphs to create stunning designer snakes.

Care Requirements

Pastel Ball Pythons have the same care needs as any other Ball Python:

  • Enclosure: Secure and appropriately sized, with a temperature gradient (warm side: 88–92°F, cool side: 78–82°F).
  • Humidity: 50–60%, slightly higher during shedding.
  • Diet: Appropriately sized rodents typically fed every 7–10 days for juveniles and every 10–14 days for adults.

Why They're Popular

The Pastel morph is a favorite due to its affordability, striking appearance, and ability to enhance the visual appeal of other morphs when bred. They are a great choice for both beginner and experienced snake keepers.

If you're considering adding a Pastel Ball Python to your collection, they are a beautiful and rewarding choice!

This is my friend Josh's beautiful female named Flo. I fed her in this picture.

*** MLM Closing Tips (Examples) /Walking Benefits *** {642}

πŸ‘‰Today I'm going to give you just a few quick tips on closing your prospects. These are just examples so you're welcome to change them to fit your narrative! I always try to make my posts based on my own personal experiences of almost 20 years and a top earner with 2 separate programs. The beautiful thing about our industry is that there are many ways to build a successful network marketing business, and together we can figure out what works best for you, πŸš€

{Fear of losing the sale technique}:

Hey Joe! If you place your order now, I can apply a gift card toward your order which will save you $10! I only have one left, so we have to act now. How does that sound?

{Summary of the close}:

Based off of our conversation today, Joe, I know the Whey Protein powder in the 5-pound container would be the right supplement for you. How about we take just a few minutes, and I help you place an order?

{Question about the close}:

Joe, is there any reason why we can't place your order right now, so you can receive your product within the next few business days?

{Presumptive Close}:

Based off of our conversation, Joe, do the CBD Gummies sound like a good fit for you? I can give you a $15 discount if you order right now.

{Takeaway Close}:

Joe, I only have one $15 gift card left. Would you like to be the one to use it right now, while utilizing your savings, or would you rather me give it to someone else?

{Soft Close}:

If I took just a few minutes and helped you create your account, and place your first order right now, and I offered you a $15 discount, is there anything that would hold you back from making a purchase?

{Favorites}:

What questions would you like me to answer for you today, before we get you get you started Joe?

Joe, this sounds like it would be a good fit for you. How about we take a few minutes and set up your account, and place your order? I have one coupon left that will save you $15.

{Note}:

After you ask one of these questions PAUSE, and don't speak. Wait for the other person to respond, even if you both sit in awkward silence for 10 minutes. You've done what you can do in order to make the sale, and now the ball is in their court. Again, these are only a few examples that you're welcome to use or create your own.

{Columbian Red Tail Boa}

The Colombian red tail boa (Boa constrictor imperator) is a popular pet snake known for its striking appearance, docile temperament, and manageable size, making it suitable for both novice and experienced snake keepers.

Physical Characteristics

*Size: Columbian red tail boas typically grow between 6-10 feet in length, with females generally being larger than males. They can weigh between 10 to 30 pounds depending on their age and health.

*Coloration: These boa's exhibit a base color that ranges from brown, tan, or gray, adorned with darker patches known as "saddles." The tail is particularly notable for its vivid red coloration, which is more pronounced than in other boa species.

Habitat and Distribution

*Natural Habitat: Columbian red tail boas are primarily found in tropical rainforests of Colombia, but their range extends to neighboring countries like Ecuador, Venezuela, and Brazil. They thrive in diverse environments, including swamps, savannas, and agricultural areas.

*Behavior: These snakes are primarily terrestrial but are also skilled climbers, often found in trees or dense foliage. They are known to inhabit hollow logs and burrows, utilizing their environment for both hunting and shelter.

Temperament and Handling:

*Docile Nature: Columbian red tail boas are generally known for their calm demeanor, making them suitable for handling. However, they can mistake fingers for food, so caution is advised, especially with larger individuals.

*Experience Level: While they are not considered aggressive, they are not recommended for complete beginners due to their size and strength. Previous experience with handling snakes is beneficial.

Care Requirements

*Enclosure: A Suitable habitat for a Colombian red tail boa should include a secure enclosure with adequate space, heating, and humidity control. Young boas may require multiple housing changes as they grow.

*Diet: These snakes are carnivorous and typically feed on rodents, birds, and other small mammals feeding can become costly, especially for larger snakes, as they may require multiple prey items per month.

*Maintenance: Regular cleaning of the enclosure, proper substrate, and monitoring of temperature and humidity levels are essential for the health of the snakes.

*** Step by Step Tutorial on Using Qwikad.com /Good Carbs *** {641}

 πŸ™πŸš€πŸ«΅With any online business opportunity, it's all about getting yourself out there for others to see your products and services, and what you have to offer. When starting a new online business opportunity, I believe it's best to post a few ADS online using FREE advertising while you're trying to learn all about your company, and its products and services. The reason I say this is because even a complete newbie can copy and paste a few ADS daily while they're learning the ins and outs of their current company. Just so you understand, you're not going to get rich simply by posting a few FREE ADS online, but people do see online ADS, and who knows, maybe you can get a few individuals to sign up through your affiliate links. You can use their service for free if you like and are allowed to post 10 FREE ADS every 24 hours, and if you have a small advertising budget you can upgrade your account and pay $15 for 6 months where you're allowed to post 50 ADS every 24 hours, which is what I do. I generally recommend new members utilize free advertising until they make a few sales and then put some of your earnings back into paid advertising. Below is a simple tutorial on posting ADS on qwikad. Find an AD, then click the link below and get started FREE if you like. ⚡ ⚡ ⚡ (I have ADS all over my posts, and you're welcome to use any of them you see,)

{Tutorial}: πŸ‘‡

1)  Go to  www.qwikad.com   (username - powerprofitcenter@gmail.com - password - xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

2) Scroll down after login, and select State/Country and then select from drop down box

3) Click post FREE AD

4) Click Income Opportunity

5) Click Business Opportunity

6) Type in the TITLE of AD

7) Paste AD in description

8) Scroll down until you see PRICE and put (?) in the box (In my case it's $12)

9) Next, PHONE NUMBER - 812.264.3754

10) Content NAME - Rick Brier

11) COMPANY - The Prosperity Marketing System

12) scroll down until you see CHOOSE FILE and you can upload a picture and or company banner if you like.

13) scroll down to the bottom of page and Click CONTINUE - Blue Button.

14) AD should be active at this point, and you're ready to post again (AD COMPLETE)

15) At the top of the page, you will see (CHANGE in parenthesis), Click πŸ‘ˆ

16) Now you're ready to post your next AD, so you can Click anywhere you like and follow the steps all over again every time you post. It takes me approximately 45 minutes just to post my 50 ADS daily.

πŸ‘‰ United States, Canada, Europe, and so on! Let me know if you need help. Every other box you see, can be left blank. All ADS are good for 90 days in which you will receive an email from qwikad letting you know that it's time to renew your ADS which takes just a few seconds to do if you want to continue for others to see your posts. Otherwise, you can ignore the email, and it will just get deleted after the expiration date! πŸ’œ ♥️ πŸ’ͺ πŸ«Ά

{Coachwhip Snake}

The coachwhip snake is a nonvenomous snake found in the southern part of the United States to West Central Mexico. It is slender, with a length averaging around 4 feet, but can occasionally reach twice that length. The snake has a small head, large eyes, and a scale pattern resembling a braided whip. Coachwhips are thin-bodied, diurnal snakes that are extremely fast, agile, and excellent climbers. This particular snake was at our local pet store called "Atlantis" and has been around for more than 30 years. I was fortunate enough to have been able to hold it before it was sold, but I typically hold most snakes wherever I go.
