 πŸ’₯Today's post is about a few simple random tips that you should know in order to help you grow it big. Hopefully you will find the info useful moving forward with your business as well.    

1) If you're trying to make a sale using the product, or info about the product, and it isn't working, try being more upbeat and enthusiastic. Usually that's Contagious! 

2) (2) things you can try that should improve your business moving forward:

=> Work on yourself, and get better every day, and above all else, never quit!

=> Set high goals, and demand greatness from yourself!

3) A lot of Marketers like to take weekends off, and I like to work every day, which allows me to recruit more, while my competition is spending quality time with family, and that's OK to do that!

4) Stay in touch with all of your prospects until they buy or die. More won't, but some will, and that's all you really need. Just find a select few likeminded individuals, and they can help you build it big!

5) (2) of the best tools you can have in order to grow it big

=> Stay plugged in with your upline, or coach!

=> Utilize your own personal story! (Everyone likes a success story!)

6) You have options if you don't like recruiting.

=> Sponsor a lot of people as quickly as possible, so you no longer have too anymore!

=> Sponsor a few people who do like to recruit and let them build your business with leverage!

=> Recruit no one...PERIOD!

7) Here is the mindset you should have. If I were to pay you $50 for everyone you talked to about your business, I imagine you would, no matter if they said yes or no! What I'm saying, is talk to more people about your business or your products!

8) True story. There is a very successful MLM coach who has made over 30 million $$$ in our industry, but it took him 10 years, and 11 companies before he made his first sale. It's not how you start, but how you finish. If you never quit, you can't fail. Stay the course, and stay plugged in with your upline/sponsor, and you will be just fine. You may not make as much as this guy, but does that really matter? If he can do it, so can you!

9) Watch what people do, and not what they say, otherwise you will be frustrated and disappointed. You will get some of your new team members that will talk a big game about successful they have been in the past, and that they will be your number 1 recruiter, and about 8/10 people who tell you this, will be the ones who will quit on you, because they couldn't even get 1 sign up. Be thankful but expect them to quit within 30-90 days after joining!

10) I see this all the time, and in most cases won't work, and that is MLM'ers who promote multiple businesses. Focus on 1 business, at least until you get really good and a better understanding of how this industry works (Takes Years), and then if you are having success with your current business, feel free to join another one. I'm all about multiple streams of income, but you have to learn how to be successful with one company before you can with multiple. It's like a quarterback of a football team trying to throw a pass and then running out as a receiver and catching the pass he just threw. Can't be done! FOCUS is key in your endeavor!

 πŸ’žWhen you start any online opportunity (MLM), plan on sticking around for anywhere from a year to three years minimum, and don't jump from program to program when it starts to get tough...Because it will. You haven't even begun until you've done at least 100 presentations. The goal is to create a rock-solid residual income. 

Thing is, people could care less how much you know, they want to know that you truly care about them, so make sure to focus your attention on them.      

When you first interact with a prospect, if you're not sure what to say, always ask a question...Any question. That will get the ball rolling and is a great ice breaker!

If you want to make it to the top, you must talk to a lot of people. The more "NO's" you hear, you are that much closer to a "YES." If your prospect says "NO," always ask them if they know anyone who may be interested. Most likely they won't ask, but by asking, you are maxing out each encounter, and who knows, just one of those individuals may actually say "YES." 

Recruiting is a process and will take some time. You have to walk your prospect through a series of events, and usually anywhere between 7-20 exposures on average before you can expect them to commit to your business.

The only difference between the people on stage, and you, are the number of presentations they have given, and number of "NO's" they received. 

When speaking with anyone about your business, never bad mouth another rep, or company, because that just makes you look petty, and desperate to get that person to sign up with your company.

Every decision you make pertaining to your business, you should always take a long-term view, because this will only benefit your business.

You want to make everyone on your team feel important and appreciated, so treat them as if they were your best friend.

You should be helping your new reps sign up someone new first before you start signing up new reps. This is because you want your new team members to get acclimated to the business as quickly as possible, so they can do the same with their new reps.

*** 10 Must Do's To Grow Your MLM Business Big *** {450}

πŸ’œToday I want to share 10 practical, but simple things you should be doing in your MLM business, if you want to build it big. These are in no particular order.                    

1) You must work the business at least an hour a day, every day. More is better:

Your business doesn't have to be your main priority, but it should be near the top. You can't let life get in the way. No excuses PERIOD! If you're working your JOB 8-12 hours per day, you can surely spend at least an hour per day securing your future. If you treat your business like a hobby, you have NO chance at success!

2) Create a written business plan:

A good business plan should include such things as what are your strategies? Goals? How to find prospects? and what differentiates yourself from your competitors? All successful businesses keep it simple. Take a little time to do this, you won't be sorry!

3) Make the decision that you will commit no less than a year to your business:

No matter what business you join, it's going to take time to succeed, so you have to give yourself a chance. Set in your mind that you will commit no less than a year, and you probably should be devoting at least 2 years, because the first year you will spend learning the ins and outs of network marketing, and your business. Just know that things won't always run smoothly, and there will be bumps in the road. Learn to deal with it!

4) Personal Development: Set aside 20 minutes each day:

You must grow as a person, and by doing so, your business will grow as well. Take the time to read a few pages in a book, watch a YouTube video, or work on your skill set. Over time you will become the type of person that you want to sponsor!

5) Every Sunday Evening set your work schedule for the week:

You may not be a brick-and-mortar business, but you should be treating your network marketing business the same way. You have a work schedule for your job, so create one for your business. Be professional and set days and times for business operations. Just remember, for every hour you are closed, you won't be making any money, so choose wisely!

6) Set Your Number:

This is the number of exposures you are going to make daily about your business, and or products. This industry is all about exposures, so no excuses, weather your number is 5, or 25, make sure you're committed to playing the numbers on a daily basis. The more people you come in contact with, the more sign-ups you will get! For every NO you receive, you are that much closer to a YES!

7) 80%-90% Of your efforts should be on money producing activities:

Try not to spend all of your time on busy work, and NEVER go into management mode with your team. You aren't their boss. Most of your time should be spent on either recruiting or retailing activities!

8) Find a mentor:

This is crucial. By finding and working with a mentor, it will be the quickest way to shorten your learning curve. Your mentor should be someone who has accomplished what you want to accomplish in your business. Follow their lead and humble yourself! (That's me!)

9) Create a daily written mode of operation:

Every night before you lay your head on your pillow, take a few minutes to create a checklist of just a few things you will do the following day in order to grow your business. Make sure they are income producing activities!

10) Stay Plugged In:

Stay plugged in with your active upline, regardless of if it's not your immediate sponsor. You want to make time to attend all company events, webinars, and calls. Even if it means your teams Facebook group. you will have better success by utilizing your team, versus being a lone wolf! Everyone builds their business differently, so sometimes by brainstorming with team members, they may give you an idea that you never would have thought of!

*** Safety Tips & Info/Beginner Workout Program (Fitness) *** {449}

 πŸ’₯SAFETY TIPS & INFO* - A strong body, is a strong mind!

1) Wear lose fitting clothing while at gym!    
 
2) Make sure to eat complex carbs approximately 45 minutes to an hour prior to work out! (example: oatmeal, banana)
 
3) Make sure to consume protein/simple carbs within an hour after workout! (example: whey protein shake, sports drink/dextrose) *dextrose is a simple sugary carb found in creatine and is quickly digested to replenish fluids lost due to strenuous exercise.
 
4) Always remember to stretch the muscle/muscles that you will be training on the particular day, before, during, and after workout! *No bouncing or jerking during stretch.
 
5) Always remember to keep hydrated! Drink between 3-6 cups of water every 15 minutes during exercise!
 
6) When performing any standing exercise, keep a slight bend in the knees to keep pressure off of the low back!
 
7) If training heavy, you should wear a lifting belt to help support the low back area!
 
8) Typically, you should try to get between 5-15 minutes of light aerobic activity prior to work out! (example: treadmill) *This will jump start your metabolism and also loosen up tight muscles (this is not a must).
 
9) Work each body part 1-2 times per week! *Vary your workout programs every 4-6 weeks to keep from plateauing.
 
10) Try to get between 30-45 minutes of cardio at least 3 times per week! *Start out with low to moderate intensity and work up from there
 
11) Never do high intensity programs for extended periods, vary your routines! *High intensity programs will ultimately weaken your immune system
 
12) Eat 5-7 small meals per day to keep blood sugar levels in check! *For meal plans, you can go to a dietician or find them on google.

 πŸ’˜Today's post I'm sharing (3) random, but important things you should know pertaining to MLM.     

1) Facts about "TEAM" leaders:

Innovation is a big key in building a Network Marketing business, and "LEADERS" have the ability, and talents to teach their "TEAM" how to be more efficient by working smarter, and not harder. Leverage is a must if you want to build it big.

When you start a "NEW" business opportunity, unless you're experienced, you should follow the system, until you possess the necessary skills to build it bigger and faster your way.

Every "LEADER" in this industry has a different outlook, and builds their business differently, even if you work in the company, and that's OK.

Don't be mad if not everyone is willing to follow your lead. Some of your best "LEADERS" will it their way, and they may be your next success story.

The only thing that matters is that your "TEAM" duplicates the results, and not the process.

2) Never make fun of people's jobs:

Thousands of people in our industry have a job, while building an MLM business, and they shouldn't be ridiculed, but applauded, because they are just trying to support their families. MLM isn't for everyone, because if no one had a job, the economy would collapse.

Unfortunately with the current state of our country, there are probably thousands of people who would love to have your job, even if you hate it, so try to be grateful. If anything, the hatred for the job, should motivate you to bust your hump building your business, so you can ultimately "FIRE YOUR BOSS!" How great would that be?

Show "PROSPECTS" that having a side hustle is OK. Explain to them the benefits of having a "HOME BASED BUSINESS."  

If you're really good at what you do, many of these "PROSPECTS" will see the value with what you're doing, and will follow you.

Your best "PROSPECTS" are individuals who either already own a business, or have in the past, and have experience. And think like an entrepreneur.

3) You must advertise:

There is "NO" business, whether it be brick and mortar, or Network Marketing where you don't have to advertise. I always tell my "NEW" members, that initially they can focus on FREE advertising, and I even give around 2,000 FREE sites for them utilize at first. But over time, you will want to create a monthly advertising budget. start out small, maybe a couple hundred a month, and then move up from there as you start making more.

Only you can decide what methods work for you, so record your results, because most of your advertising $$$ will just go to waste, but you have to do it anyway.

We all only have so many hours a day, and we can't spend every waking moment advertising, so that why spending a little cash on your business is not only smart, but will also FREE up some of your time (since you may work a full time job). 

When paying for advertising, you are getting your offers out there to the masses of people, and that will still allow you some extra time, to be prospecting (1 on 1). 

You're "LEVERAGING" yourself, and you will be able generate leads 24/7. and By doing this, you're giving yourself a greater chance at success. 

Experiment with your methods until you find what works, and then go all in. You owe it to yourself!

If you don't have the necessary funds for your advertising budget, retail some of your products, and then put some of that money back into your business.
