*** A Positive Mindset *** {291}

πŸ’•Let me start by asking you a very serious question. “Do you expect to win or lose?”

Pretty simple question one would think, isn’t it? Stop and think about it for just a second and come up with your answer.

I find that the language many of my students really are speaking suggests that when faced with an opportunity of any description, they don't expect to win. Therefore, by default, they are setting themselves up to lose.

Here is an example of what I hear when I start one of my first coaching calls with students that just bought one of my products, or a competitor’s product I may have recommended: “Well, we will see how this product does for me. The last thing I did didn’t get me any results at all, so I am hoping that I am not getting myself in the same situation.”

Does this sound like someone that really is ready to do whatever it takes to make this new product really work? Or does it suggest they really do not expect any different result than what they experienced with the last product?

The language you speak is simply a manifestation of the way that your mind thinks and the belief system that it has.

The words coming out have to be thought – either consciously or subconsciously.

What is your language? Is it positive or is it negative?

Does every direction you look seem to point towards failure?

Let’s do the Mirror test.

First, I have another question to ask you, “What Do You See in Your Mirror?”

Do you see every imperfection, worry, or failure, or do you truly see the greatness you were created to walk in?

What do you hear yourself say? Do you berate yourself with comments like “I’m overweight,” and “I’m getting old”? Or do you stand tall and say, “I look great!”

I really believe that a mirror reflects much more than what your eyes see at a quick glance. If you really listen to the thoughts going on inside your mind as you look into that mirror. I think you will find that a mirror really reflects your inner thoughts and your beliefs. It is a reflection into the soul.

I challenge you to next time you’re in front of a mirror to listen to the voice inside and what it is saying…. I think you may be surprised.

When I look at this picture I see someone totally different than I used to see when I looked in the mirror before.

I am working on things but I can tell you I really have come a long way and I know in time you will too!

*** The Money Is In The List *** {290}

πŸ’₯If you had a dollar for every time, you've heard that said, well, you'd already have your fortune.

Without a list of responsive customers, you are going to find it hard to scale up and build a real sustainable business and get repeat sales.

If you've been involved in internet marketing for any length of time, you should already be aware of the importance of list building.

For those of you who are new to internet marketing, you should be aware of this also, but if you have not heard the phrase "The Money's in The List!!", then you need to wake up!

"Do I Need a List?" I have been asked this question time and time again and each time I answer it I shout it out louder and louder... Simple Answer - Yes! Here's why...

* A list builds loyalty and repeat business
* Email is the quickest and most direct method of communication
* You get immediate, repeatable and measurable results
* Email marketing is easy and not a lot of tech skills required
* Emails help turn leads into customers
* List building is very affordable
* List building positions you as an expert

"What Do I Need To Build My List?" There are really only about 10 different elements to list building.

1) Identify your market
2) Identify their problem
3) Get Domain & Hosting
4) Set up simple website
5) Create free irresistible offer
6) Set up follow-up message series
7) Get targeted traffic
8) Let them know how you can solve their problem
9) Ask for the appropriate action
10) Build relationships

"Is The Size Of My List Important?"

The answer really depends on how well you manage the size of the list you have.

What should you be looking for?

Quality - Very specific & targeted list of opt-ins with well-built relationship between list owner and opt-in.

Quantity - Number of Qualified targeted opt-ins with well-built relationship between list owner and opt-in.

Personally, I am looking for both, and so should you!

When you are building a list, it is all about quality and not quantity. Sure, you can send out a newsletter every day, but soon people are simply going to begin deleting your emails. This is because they are being solicited every day, and they get tired of that very quickly. What you accomplish by doing this is you create a list that is unresponsive and that is not how you are going to make any money. Plus, you will eventually have a list with no emails on it!

The key is responsiveness. It is much better to have a list that has 2,000 responsive customers than a list with 20,000 names and no responses.

"When Should I Build My List?"

Answer... as soon as you start your online business. Seriously if you already have a good idea of what niche you want to enter and even if you don't have a product to sell you should be building your list from day 1.

Here's why... you can still decide later on what product to create and sell. You can also decide on what affiliate product to promote to get some sales in. What's most important is that you'll actually have an audience who will read your emails and are likely to take action and buy.

Also, with a mailing list you're building a long-term asset. Imagine selling your first product but never collecting the email address of your customers. How on earth are you going to promote new offers to them in the future?

You'd have to go and acquire NEW customers which is costly in terms of time and money. It's much easier to promote a new product to existing customers than it is to find new customers to sell the same product.

Don't leave it until it's too late. Get started today and build your list.

*** Delivering The Right Format For Your Niche *** {289}

πŸ’₯Remember they've been in business long before you and have put time, effort and money into developing their products.

So, it's wise to research the current market to help you decide what format would be best for you to use in delivering your solutions to the market that is in need.

There are several formats you can use to deliver your focused message.

You may use audio files, eBooks, video, webinars, teleseminars, physical conferencing, etc.

As you do your research pay attention to what is being used right now.

Ask yourself if you have the capabilities to deliver in the same formats and also in other formats that are not being use.

Be careful when deciding upon using a method that is not being used currently in the marketplace.

It is quite possible that the method not being used is not being used for a very good reason. Possibly the formats being used are not accepted by the market.

If a method is not being used ask yourself why. If you do not know what the answer to that question is then it is time to do some research.

It is possible that the Niche you are in just does not know about any other formats and you will be able to rise above your competition.

If the Niche, you have chosen is relying heavily on delivering content by the use of eBooks then maybe this is a great time to introduce video into your Niche.

If the Niche you have chosen if relying heavily on video content, step it up by delivering physical versions of the video.

Spend some time looking at what your competitors are already selling and in what format, then decide whether you can match and even surpass what they deliver...

Action…

We all know that the secret to success lies in the action steps we take…

But it’s also hard to take action when you don’t know where to start, and don’t have much to work with financially speaking…

Know what I mean?

Well, I’m glad to say…

This changes all that.

*** 4 Reasons Why People Say No (MLM) *** {288}

πŸ’˜Most Network Marketers have never learned to develop their "inner self confidence"... and become the kind of person that is literally BULLET-PROOF.

If you would like to learn some of the best tricks, techniques, and concepts for building a rock-solid self-image and massive self-confidence, then take a minute and read THIS:

Hey, most people HATE the idea of "rejection"... right? I'm not talking about "don't like the idea" or "wish it didn't happen"...I'm talking HATE the idea.

The idea of just calling a lead out of the blue and delivering the 30 second invitation we teach causes most people to instantly feel sick in the pit of their stomachs and literally feel a horrible combination of nervousness and confusion.

I know you can really get psyched up to pick up the phone but when the moment comes to actually DO IT, EVERYTHING changes.

The heart rate shoots up, breathing quickens, eyes dart back and forth, thoughts of rejection fill the mind, and eventually the pressure becomes too much to bare.

Most networkers find this state so scary that they end up not doing any prospecting. The fact that "choosing to walk away" leads to the "instant gratification" of the nervous feeling going away makes it the most popular option.

Most of the time (and I'm talking about probably 99% of the time here) people just walk away.

They give up before they've even started.

I find this topic fascinating.

If I just think about it, I can remember MANY times in my past where I wanted to talk to prospects, but I just didn't do it.

I can also remember feeling terrible for not investing productive time into my business...Can you relate?

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACTUAL REJECTION AND THE FEAR OF REJECTION...

I think it's important to realize that there's a BIG difference between ACTUAL rejection (having a prospect who is offended, upset, rude, etc. to you when you start talking to them) and the FEAR of rejection (how you feel when you imagine that person rejecting you).

I've found that for me PERSONALLY, my FEAR of rejection is actually FAR, FAR more painful and difficult to deal with than ACTUAL rejection in the real world.

The main reason for this is that most of the time when you call up a prospect and use the approach we teach, it is very pleasant experience.

Notice I said use the approach we teach... this formula has been proven to get very little to no rejection if used correctly.

Out of the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times that I've used this approach, I can't remember any time that a prospect said "Don't ever call me again you loser!!"

I'm sure it's happened to SOMEONE, but it's never happened to ME.

The worst I've had is a prospect saying it is a bad time to speak and hanging up before I could say another word.

No yelling or cursing or anything like that.

But here's the kicker...

You can experience an intense FEAR of rejection EVERY time you consider approaching a prospect.

Imagine, something you can predict with almost perfect accuracy.

You can be in any situation, anywhere, anytime, and still have FEAR of rejection...which will prevent you from approaching a prospect.

Ah, the power of the human mind.

HOW TO DEAL WITH REJECTION...

A lot of DigiSoft Pay line members ask me, "How do I deal with rejection?".

The answer: Don't worry about it.

If you get "rejected", you'll be fine.

Really.

It's no big deal, and it doesn't happen that often.

And when it does, you'll recover shortly thereafter.

It's basically insignificant.

The REAL question is "How do I deal with my FEAR of rejection?".

If you can overcome your imaginary FEAR of rejection, you'll be on your way. (Some people have a type of fear that they might call "terror" when thinking of approaching prospects.)

If you have this level of fear, then you might want to take a minute and check out some of the videos in the training vault page.

WHY DO PROSPECTS REJECT YOU...

Now let's talk about those rare instances where a prospect actually REJECTS you.

For the sake of this discussion, I want to define "rejection" as a prospect doing something that lets you know that they are upset and offended that you called or approached them in the first place.

I do NOT consider a prospect hanging up quickly or saying "No thank you" as actual "rejection".

I've found that there are a few main reasons why prospects actually will REJECT you.

Here are the main ones: (This applies to any situation not just over the phone)

1) You are not setting the stage of their listening.

In the script we say "I was hoping you could point me in the right direction"

This sets the stage for them to open the ears to listen to your words that will follow.

Now you don't have to say it exactly how I say it, we have many members that say it differently example:

"Not sure if you could help me out"
"I was calling to see if you can help me out"

2) You are speaking to fast or to slow.

If you call up a prospects and they answer the phone with very high energy and you delivery the invitation very slow or with low energy then it can be a turn off for them or vice versa.

3) Making a prospect nervous with your tonality or body language.

If you start talking and you sound canned or like you are reading from a script, then they will immediately disconnect with what you are saying and probably say no.

You don't like people to read a script to you so don't do it to them, memorize your script so you don't have to read it.

4) Not understanding your prospects tonality.

When you start talking to a prospect, they will let you know very quickly if they are open to talking to you.

If you pay attention you will hear if this is a good time to speak or not.

The good news is the invitation script is quick it can be delivered literally in less than 30 seconds, so despite the many different situations you will run into this script is universal to get you maximum results.

Your goal is simply to get permission to send them an email with info on your business or info on Home Success Pro if they are committed to a business already.

Experience is the best teacher here.

The more calls you make the better you will get.

As I mentioned, FEAR of rejection, or IMAGINING rejection when you should be imagining success, leads to walking away.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Ironically, I've found that the best way to overcome my own fear of rejection was to see that it wasn't going to actually happen.

The more times I approached prospects and started conversations and the more I saw that people usually responded positively, the less I imagined things going wrong.

This led to a positive feedback loop of me wanting to approach more prospects and have more success.

Here are a few ideas for overcoming your own FEAR of rejection:

1) Practice saying your script for 30 mins.
2) Make 20 phone calls today.
3) Search for answer machines only- If you are scared to death of talking to people do what I did when I first got started. I would only leave voice mails of the pitch I would normally say to a live prospect.

This allowed me to say my script over and over and learn it in a more relaxed situation meaning to a voice mail not a real person.

So if I called and got a live person on the line I would say "I am sorry I have the wrong phone number" then I would hang up quickly.

Ok this is my long blah blah for today... go make some calls and take the steps to building your business.

You can share this training with your team or other network marketers to help them generate leads.

*** This Is How Smart People Make Money *** {287}

πŸ‘‰This is how smart people make money:

How smart people make their money is actually very cool. Let's talk about Mark Zukerberg. He worked hard coding Facebook for a few years. After that, the audience he created from it would certainly continue to pay him and his entire staff long after the initial coding was finished. Every time we go on Facebook, we help him grow that amount. Jealousy is good when it inspires us to do more. I encourage you to start making money through leveraging other people's efforts. If you are in a job, this is what the boss is doing with you. The average employee contributes three times their cost to profit. Just imaging earning three times as much (or more), for the same amount of effort, (or less).

--OWNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS, MAY NOT BE A BUSINESS AT ALL:

A real business makes you money without you having to trade your time for it. But you need to provide value, so you need to having something working for you. It could be people or other assets. When you sell something through E-bay, this is typically what's at work according to others I've spoken with about it.

⧪ The workers in the factory that makes the merchandise!
⧪ The servers that host the website!
⧪ The programmers that wrote and maintained the system!
⧪ The people that deliver the merchandise to the customers!

The customer pays all of the people on the seller's behalf...That's called Leverage!!!

I knew a web designer, who was working for someone else, and the boss was making more money than him. One day he became tired of the arrangement and branched out on his own. He was soon busy all day long making websites for customers he found on social media. He was still not earning as much money as his ex-boss was making. He was doing the same job.

--A BUSINESS IS MAKING MONEY USING LEVERAGE INSTEAD OF YOUR TIME:

The people at the Ikea furniture company are really smart. They sell furniture kits and expect their customers to assemble them. The customers hardly notice because they don't see the VALUE of assembly. When you buy furniture from there, you become their unpaid employee for a few hours. No wonder they make great profits. If my friend was smart, he would create word press templates. The customers would be happy to pay 50% of the cost of a complete website, because they could make it the way they wanted. He could easily sell two or three flat packs a day, while leveraging the efforts of their customers. In other words, he could create the template once and sell it over and over. As his fame spread, he could appoint agents to handle his orders and gain even more leverage.

--AGENTS, AND MAKING 10% FROM EVERY SALE THEY INTRODUCE:

This is where you and I enter the frame. We could become my friend's agents and make 10% of every sale we introduce. that way, we would have my friend working for us, although he probably wouldn't see it that way. There are hundreds of thousands of opportunities out there. The opportunities to make money from what other people do, are almost endless. The smartest way to do this is promoting a product or service online.

Would you like to know about a business that gives amazing leverage- Without you needing technical skills at all?
