I'd like to issue you a challenge for the rest of 2025. There are THREE things I hope you will do.

 

1) Focus on growing yourself as a person. Spend more time working on your personal development, so you can improve your attitude, mindset, and SKILLS. Your business will only grow as much as you grow. Attend a few events, read lots of books, find a good mentor and just do something to grow yourself every single day for the rest of 2025. Become the best you possible. Do not become complacent. And whatever you do, don't compare yourself to others. 

 

2) Evaluate everything you do. We are creatures of habit. 2026 is going to be exactly like 2025 unless you do things differently. I encourage you to evaluate everything you do in your life (relationships, nutrition, exercise and business) and determine what you should keep doing and what you should do differently moving forward. Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting something different to happen. Many of the things we do add ZERO value to our lives, health, business or relationships. Those THINGS should be the first things to go. 

 

3) Spend more time with family. Family is the most important thing in life. It's fine to work hard and pursue your goals, but don't forget about your family and friends in the process. Set aside at least one hour per day for your friends and family. Laugh with them, cry with them, spend time with them, and just enjoy the people you are blessed to have in your life.

👊 {Common Ball Python}: 

This is my boy Damien, and he is approximately 4 years old, and just under 3 feet in length give or take an inch or so. The common Ball Python specie such as him and my girl Athena are called the "Royal" Python. This is the smallest species of python and can reach 6-7 feet when fully grown with the female growing slightly larger. Of all my snakes, he is the laziest because he will sleep for weeks on end, usually in one of the drawers in my clothes dressers. He will also go for more than a month, where he will sleep with me in my bed and just curls up in a ball and doesn't move. He has also gone 5-6 weeks on multiple occasions without eating. 👇Below is an old picture of him while eating, and he is much bigger now, but not as big as Athena. All of my snakes have plenty more growth left before they are finished.

*** (3) Step Formula for Marketing Success/Eat These If You Are Sick Chart *** {628}

💭Network Marketing doesn't have to be difficult, so don't make it that way. When starting out, don't reinvent the wheel, listen to your upline and do what already works, and if you have an upline that went into the witness protection program once you joined, then look further up the chain, and sooner or later you will find an upline member that will be willing to help you. Alot of programs anymore have a Facebook group page, so you can go there to ask for help when needed. Today I'm going to be posting about a 3-step formula for success, while breaking down all 3 steps. Again, I can't stress enough not to over complicate things. After you've made a few sales and start to get an understanding of how things work, then you can branch out on your own, and do things your way.  

{The 3 Step Formula for Marketing Success}:

1) Use the products...

2) Service a few customers...

3) Teach others how to do steps 1 and 2...

Use the products:

When you purchase your company's products, you are your own best customer, and shows loyalty toward the product/s. This also helps build your belief, and trust in the product/s. You can also share your story and testimonial with your prospects. If no one is using the products, then no one is making money, and if the product/s don't make sense, then the business won't either. 

Get signed up for the company auto ship and be a product of the product!

Service a few Customers:

Despite what you may think, or have been told, network Marketing isn't about selling a product. Your goal is building your list, so you can build a team, while leveraging what the industry has to offer. You will need a few personal customers. Your goal should be to acquire and maintain about 2-10 personal customers at all times, and if you're able to that then your business will be able to make a small profit. Then you can teach others how to do the same thing through duplication.

Teach others how to do steps 1 and 2:

At the end of the day network marketing is a teaching business. As a sponsor, our job is to teach people, teach people, and teach people, exactly what we do, and how we do it for better duplication for your team members. Again, the process is simple. Use the company products, acquire your 2-10 personal customers, and continue to recruit new members so you can teach them how to use the products and service a few customers. The more you teach and duplicate, the more money you will make. 

Top earners in our industry have thousands of individuals on their team using the product/s, servicing a few customers, and teaching them duplication. Anyone can complicate the process, but it takes a genius to keep it simple stupid (KISS). As a sponsor If you're able to follow these steps while teaching your team all about duplication, then you can watch your business grow!

This is Medusa, and she was born in 2022, and is nearly 4 feet in length, with the possibility of getting 7-8 feet long when fully grown. She is fed every Sunday and is my most consistent eater. She's also my most temperamental of all my snakes. I've been bitten twice by her, but it was totally my fault. It wasn't an aggression bite, but a feeding response. When I put her food into her enclosure, I made the mistake of trying to move it closer to her after I removed my hand, and she didn't like me doing that, and took a nip at my finger. Both bites were from a feeding response, and I don't blame her one bit. Overall, she has a very good docile demeaner, and I leave her enclosure open so she can roam around my room and bathroom. I just make sure to keep the bedroom door closed so she can't get out. She typically likes to sleep in my bathroom on the shelving unit over my toilet under some towels and will stay there for weeks at a time before moving back to her enclosure. The picture below is her trying to get out into my living room, but I won't let her.

So you want to build it big huh? Well today I'm going to tell you in my opinion what I believe is the number 1 skill set needed in order to build a recession proof online business. Please don't misunderstand. There are several skills required from each individual if they expect to have any success in this industry, but for this lesson, I'm only going to be talking about 1 specific skill, and I believe that I have it, and I didn't always have it, but because of my time in this industry, I've slowly worked on my techniques, and developed what I feel are the necessary skills needed in order to be successful, and I am, but not without a lot of failure in the beginning of my online journey to success!

What is the # 1 skill to build a big Marketing Business?

It’s probably not what you think. It’s not recruiting. It’s not selling products. It’s not lead generation. It’s not timing. It’s not luck, either.

 

Of course, those things are important. You must find customers, recruit others, and team up with the right company at the right time. 

 

However, if you want to build a big Marketing Business, and keep it long-term, the top skill to develop is LEADERSHIP. That’s right, LEADERSHIP.

 

If you don’t have leadership skills, you won’t keep your team together and it won’t last long-term. Whenever a team crumbles, it’s normally because leaders LEFT the business (or they stopped being a leader).

 

It’s not just about being a good leader yourself. That’s only the starting point. It’s also about finding and developing OTHER leaders and working TOGETHER, in the spirit of harmony.

 

You see, leadership is the highest paid skill in the world. That’s why CEOs make the big bucks. 

 

Keep in mind, no one is born a leader, but anyone can BECOME a leader if they choose to. Leadership is a DECISION, and a great one at that. 

 

I encourage you to STEP INTO a leadership role right away in your network marketing business.

 

Set a good example. Inspire others with your consistency. Lead your own team. Look for the good in others. Be stable and confident.

 

Leadership is about INFLUENCE. It’s when others CHOOSE to follow you because they BELIEVE in you. They believe in your mission and vision. They believe YOU can help them get what they want!

 

You start out as a follower. Then you become a leader. Then you become a leader of leaders. That is what ALL top earners have done, just be patient, and always continue to learn your craft. The more knowledge you can attain, the better odds you have of success! 

 

They lead other leaders, but when they started in network marketing, they were a good follower at first. They were coachable and humble. As they learned and grew, they transitioned into a leadership role. Eventually, they transitioned to leading other leaders. 

If you want what our great industry offers (leverage, freedom, and residual income), don’t delay stepping into a leadership role. The sooner you can do that the sooner your business will grow. Now you know!

*** 10 MLM Golden Nuggets/Elevator Speech #1/ (8) Pre-written ADS *** {626}

​Anytime a person joins an online business opportunity, the objective is always trying to drive traffic to their website or capture page, and a lot of my content is geared towards just that. I like to give my members a variety of advertising methods to choose from. There are hundreds of ways to generate leads, and each individual will have to figure out a few ways that works for them. I generally tell people that if you can pick 3-4 methods, just get good at those, and you will be fine. That's the beauty of this industry. There are many ways to build a successful online business. If you're not really sure how to go about that, you can always reach out to your upline, and that doesn't necessarily mean your direct upline. It could be several levels up before you find the right person to lean on for some good advice on building your business. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to succeed. I know I say this a lot, but it's crucial for your success. "Rome wasn't built in a day," remember that. Today I'm giving you (10) Golden Nuggets pertaining to MLM below. 👇A little further down the page you will see a picture of one of my pets!

(10) MLM Golden Nuggets...

Here are just a few random MLM golden nuggets based around my experiences... 

1) Just because someone tells you "NO" today, that doesn't mean it's forever. Follow up until they buy or die. You never know when their situation might change for the better. (I've heard other marketers say that they've had prospects go more than a decade before joining!

2) Find one good company and stick with it for better or worse. Just know that it's going to take time to build any network marketing company you join. (Give yourself 2-5 years and possibly longer. Don't cheat yourself out of success!

3) Prove the haters and naysayers wrong by having ultra success. (Motivation: This should add fuel to your burning desire for success!

4) This industry is a numbers game, and the people who make the most exposure of their products/services are the most successful. (Every NO you receive, means that you are that much closer to a yes!

5) The reason why most people don't get involved in the MLM industry is because they don't truly understand it. Otherwise, they would all be doing it. (It sure beats the 9-5 daily grind!

6) You have no leverage when you have a job. (just over broke) The day you are no longer working, is the day you have no money coming in. MLM can certainly change that. (I'm living proof that persistence pays off!

7) Successful people stick with one company and keep their nose to the grindstone, and unsuccessful people are looking to get rich quick. (doesn't exist). (Don't reinvent the wheel. follow what works!

8) You must have balance in your life. You can work your butt off but always make sure to enjoy family time as well. If you aren't successful at home, the odds are that you won't be successful with your business. Just enjoy your journey. (By doing this, you're able to spend more time with friends, and family, while doing what you want, and when you want!

9) You should always strive to be the best you can be. Never settle. Come out of your comfort zone, because it's the only way you can be great. (Always strive to be better each and every day!

Most companies within our industry are built around leverage, and it only takes just a few good leaders to help you build a business. No one person can build an empire by him/herself. Also no one builds their business the same way, and that's the beauty of our industry. (Only good opportunities are built around leverage, which obviously gives you a much chance for success!

{Ball Python Morph}: 👇

This is my boy Zeus, and he is a Banana Bumblebee Spider Ball Python who was born in 2023 and is 2-2.5 years old now, and probably twice the size of the picture below. Unfortunately, he has a genetic defect called "wobble." He was a bit temperamental when I first got him, but I worked with him daily, and now he has a very docile demeanor, and won't hurt anyone. He is probably close to 5 feet in length as of this post and still has a couple feet left to grow.

(What is "WOBBLE SYNDROME?")

Wobble in snakes, particularly in ball pythons, refers to a neurological condition known as wobble syndrome, which is linked to the spider gene. This condition causes the snake's head to tremble or wobble, leading to difficulties in balance and movement. The severity of wobble can vary significantly among affected snakes, with some experiencing mild symptoms while others may struggle with feeding and locomotion. Unfortunately, there is currently no cure for wobble syndrome, and it is often associated with a reduced quality of life for the affected snakes.

   

{NOTE}:

Most Pythons you will come across are pretty docile animals, but you can get one on occasion that can have a bit of an attitude and nip at you. Typically, they should be fed once every 7-10 days, and they can eat live or frozen mice. In his case, he is big enough to eat a small frozen rat, and I feed him about every 3 weeks because the size of his food. You don't want to over feed because it can tear up their digestive system, so please don't over feed. It doesn't hurt them to go without food for a while especially just after a shed. I go to exotic pet shows all the time, and I've been told by other owners that they've went as long as 6 months without feeding because lack of appetite. When this happens the only way around it is to force feed. I know that sounds cruel, but it's really not, and doesn't hurt the animal at all. I've personally never had to do that, I hope I don't!
