So you want to build it big huh? Well today I'm going to tell you in my opinion what I believe is the number 1 skill set needed in order to build a recession proof online business. Please don't misunderstand. There are several skills required from each individual if they expect to have any success in this industry, but for this lesson, I'm only going to be talking about 1 specific skill, and I believe that I have it, and I didn't always have it, but because of my time in this industry, I've slowly worked on my techniques, and developed what I feel are the necessary skills needed in order to be successful, and I am, but not without a lot of failure in the beginning of my online journey to success!
What is the # 1 skill to build a big Marketing Business?
It’s probably not what you think. It’s not recruiting. It’s not selling products. It’s not lead generation. It’s not timing. It’s not luck, either.
Of course, those things are important. You must find customers, recruit others, and team up with the right company at the right time.
However, if you want to build a big Marketing Business, and keep it long-term, the top skill to develop is LEADERSHIP. That’s right, LEADERSHIP.
If you don’t have leadership skills, you won’t keep your team together and it won’t last long-term. Whenever a team crumbles, it’s normally because leaders LEFT the business (or they stopped being a leader).
It’s not just about being a good leader yourself. That’s only the starting point. It’s also about finding and developing OTHER leaders and working TOGETHER, in the spirit of harmony.
You see, leadership is the highest paid skill in the world. That’s why CEOs make the big bucks.
Keep in mind, no one is born a leader, but anyone can BECOME a leader if they choose to. Leadership is a DECISION, and a great one at that.
I encourage you to STEP INTO a leadership role right away in your network marketing business.
Set a good example. Inspire others with your consistency. Lead your own team. Look for the good in others. Be stable and confident.
Leadership is about INFLUENCE. It’s when others CHOOSE to follow you because they BELIEVE in you. They believe in your mission and vision. They believe YOU can help them get what they want!
You start out as a follower. Then you become a leader. Then you become a leader of leaders. That is what ALL top earners have done, just be patient, and always continue to learn your craft. The more knowledge you can attain, the better odds you have of success!
They lead other leaders, but when they started in network marketing, they were a good follower at first. They were coachable and humble. As they learned and grew, they transitioned into a leadership role. Eventually, they transitioned to leading other leaders.
If you want what our great industry offers (leverage, freedom, and residual income), don’t delay stepping into a leadership role. The sooner you can do that the sooner your business will grow. Now you know!

💥 {Common Ball Python}: 👇
This is my little girl Athena, and she is approximately 2 years old, and about 3 feet in length give or take an inch or so. The common Ball Python specie such as her are called the "Royal" Python. This is the smallest species of python and can reach 6-7 feet when fully grown with the female growing slightly larger. Of all my snakes, she is the pickiest eater because she once went 5-6 weeks without eating, and I tried several times to get her to eat. Most Pythons will have times that they just won't want to eat, and that's fine... It happens and doesn't hurt them in any way, because they will eat when they want to. Just make sure you're always offering!

Anytime a person joins an online business opportunity, the objective is always trying to drive traffic to their website or capture page, and a lot of my content is geared towards just that. I like to give my members a variety of advertising methods to choose from. There are hundreds of ways to generate leads, and each individual will have to figure out a few ways that works for them. I generally tell people that if you can pick 3-4 methods, just get good at those, and you will be fine. That's the beauty of this industry. There are many ways to build a successful online business. If you're not really sure how to go about that, you can always reach out to your upline, and that doesn't necessarily mean your direct upline. It could be several levels up before you find the right person to lean on for some good advice on building your business. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to succeed.
