 You should never quit when things aren't going well with your online business, because not every day will be roses. If you spend any time in this industry, you're going to find out that you have ups and downs. It's a matter of perseverance and dedication in order to get through the tough times, and I know you can do it, if you will just set your mind to it.      

 The most common thing I see people doing when things get tough, is quit their current company, and join something else, thinking that things will be different, and I'm sorry to say...Nothing will change! Every time you do this, you are basically starting all over from ground zero.  The first thing you need to do is to evaluate your current strategies, and daily action plans, and what you can possibly do differently. My suggestion for you is:

 Instead of changing businesses, try evaluating, and changing some strategies. Chances are that you only need to make 1 or 2 small changes to your daily activity to get back on course.

 It's very simple. Ask yourself these 2 questions.

     1) What am I doing that I shouldn't be doing?
    2) What am I not doing that I should be doing?

 If/when you answer those questions, it should reveal a lot about where the problem lies. 

 Contact your upline, and brainstorm ideas with him or her. Always keep that person in the loop. You will be glad you did. If you want to be successful in your Network Marketing business, you have to do these, or you might as well not get involved in this industry, and save your money, and continue to work that 9-5 Job where you will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for the next 40 years, making 40% of what wasn't enough to begin with. Basically, STAYING BROKE!    

 ==> Before starting any online endeavor, you must make at least a TWO YEAR, if not THREE-YEAR commitment to your business. Any less time and will NEVER achieve the success you want.

💙Life is too short and you should have a daily routine. By doing this, you will eliminate poor or bad habits. Below is just a small list of things you could be doing:    

 1) Wake Up Early-You can get more accomplished throughout the course of a day!

 2) Read Daily- Try doing this for about 30 minutes per day!

 3) Eat Well- 5-6 small meals daily are best!

 4) Love Yourself- If you don't, who will...!

 5) Judge Less- You'll find that the less you judge, the less headaches you create for yourself!

 6) Set Goals- Make them realistic and do everything in your power to achieve them!

 7) Plan Your Day- You don't have to account for every second, but you will find by doing this, that your life will be much less chaotic!

 8) Positive Attitude- Your accomplishments will be far greater throughout life!

 15) Automate- This piggy backs off of Networking. By Automating, you are able to make your job much easier and again will allow you to grow your business!

 16) Delegate- Life is so much easier if you can get others to complete some of your daily tasks!

 17) Track Finances- It can curb impulse spending, help you achieve your financial goals, cut unnecessary purchases out of your budget, force you to focus on what is worth spending your money on, and overall, will make managing your money easier!

 18) Build A Brand- Beyond just a memorable logo, good branding increases the value of a company, provides employees with direction and motivation, and makes acquiring new customers easier. ... A brand represents the sum of people's perception of a company's customer service, reputation, advertising and logo!

 19) Fail Fast- is a philosophy that values extensive testing and incremental development to determine whether an idea has value. An important goal of the philosophy is to cut losses when testing reveals something isn't working and quickly try something else, a concept known as pivoting! (There is a saying that says, you have to fail before you succeed, and that's very true in almost every case)

 20) Interact- You can build many quality relationships with more interactions!

 21) Learn Skills- Here are just a few benefits. Critical thinking, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, etc...!

*** How To Convince People To Join Your Network Marketing Company? *** {391}

💟With prospecting comes a lot of objections. I've experienced them, and so will you if you're into Network Marketing for any length of time. For this post, I'm going to give you some of my tips to overcome prospects objections:             

⧪ I DON'T HAVE TIME:

Explain to your prospect how Network Marketing can create long term residual income, and time used now will bring more time and freedom later.

⧪ I DON'T HAVE MONEY:

Explain to your prospect how the initial startup cost to join you is significantly lower than any other business opportunity. In our industry, the average cost to become a distributor is about $200. With Us, you can get started for just $12. Then explain how much they spend on the necessities. Rent, Groceries, Gas, etc... If your prospect can find the money to invest a couple thousand dollars for that new car. (Used to them), Then they can certainly find a way to get the initial startup cost to join your business. Especially mine. Also remind them the differences between buying that new car and investing into your business will reward them exponentially for the rest of their life.

⧪ I NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT:

Show the prospect that you're offering them the ability to solve many of life's problems, such as education, time, and financial freedom. What else is there to think about?

You can't wait for success to happen; you have to go get it yourself. By thinking about it, every day you delay a day behind you where you could miss your next superstar joining your company.

⧪ MY FRIEND TRIED IT AND FAILED:

Just because your friend failed and had negative things to say about it doesn't mean you will fail. Your friend may not have put in the time and effort that's necessary for success. If you treat it like a business, and not a hobby, your chance of success improves dramatically.

⧪ I DON'T KNOW THAT MANY PEOPLE:

The beauty about MLM is that you don't need tons of family or friends to be successful. As long as you're confident in yourself, and abilities, anyone can become a part of your team. Could be a car salesman, bank teller, or just a neighbor. The important thing to remember is that you have to play the numbers. It only takes just a few likeminded individuals, and you could build a very profitable Network Marketing business.

*** More Prospecting Tips, And 5 Free/Inexpensive Ways To Promote Your Online Business *** {390}

💜Feel free to try a few of these methods in order to grow your business.                               

 1) If you are out in public, and don't feel like talking to people, you can hand them a drop as you're walking by. They will visit your website if interested. 

 2) I used to be an Independent Distributor with Herbalife, and we always wore a button/pin promoting our personal websites. They work great, give it a try.

 3) Invest in making a magnet or sticker and put it on your vehicle. (www.vistaprint.com)

 4) Buy some cheap T-shirts and have your website or logo printed on them. You can go to your local print shop or use (www.vistaprint.com). 

 5) If you don't like drop cards, you can use business cards. Both are very inexpensive.

 6) Don't intentionally go out prospecting, incorporate it in everyday life. this will be much more time consuming because you're killing two birds with one stone. I know you've heard that before.

 7) Figure out your target market and focus on that. (Stay at home moms, exec's, other business owners, etc...)

 8) Have competitions with your team members and give prizes to the one who can generate the greatest number of prospects. (Make it fun and interesting)

 9) Incorporate Craigslist into your marketing efforts. If you post in the United States, you will pay anywhere from $5-$25 in most cases, and if you post in other countries, you can post for FREE. I have scripts that I use when prospecting to Job seekers. there are over 16 million people looking for some way to make some extra cash. You always have to follow up. This is an untapped market.

 10) If you can spend about 30 minutes per day studying marketing and advertising and learn some secrets on how to get them to contact you first. (Youtube, and Google are good sources)

 11) If you meet or know sharp individuals, get them one of your drop cards, and let them know that you're expanding your business, and have them checkout your website for details.

 12) Another method you can try is instead of handing out your business card, just have people you come in contact with, to write down their name, E-mail and phone number on the back of your card and find out a day and time that works for you both where you contact them about your opportunity.

*** 10 Tips To Grow Your Network Marketing Business *** {389}

💥Here are just a few tips you can try to grow your small business:

1) Network Marketing will always be a numbers game. However, if you can better your skill set, and work on your marketing strategies, you can possibly work through fewer numbers and still be successful.

 2) Most top earners have personally sponsored 100-200 people into their business. I know that sounds like a lot, but if you can sponsor just 2-4 people a month for about 5 years, that is very doable, even if you're a part-timer. Now with most companies, and how their compensation plan is constructed, you only need to sponsor about a dozen like-minded individuals, and they can build your business for you. Unfortunately, about 80% of your team will either do very little, or quit, and you will have to continue to sponsor more individuals until you find the right players.    

 3) For the best results, you have to treat it like a business, and not a hobby. Only the successful marketers have devoted the time and effort it takes.

 4) Focus on adding new people daily. By doing this, you should be able to sponsor 4-5 people monthly that won't quit.

 5) There are many ways to build a business, and you have to figure out just a couple strategies that work for you and continue to increase your talents and abilities.

 6) Never go into management mode and stay working in the trenches.

 7) Decide what you want out of your business. What is your why, and how much money you're going to need in order to turn your why into a reality? You will also need to figure out how many people you will need to sponsor, in order to make that kind of money. Next, you will need to create your daily plan of action, which means what your daily routine will be to grow your business? And finally, you will need to dedicate at least 2-3 years to your business and go all in! (Never look back)

 8) Build depth. Always work the deepest level on your team. Make sure to work with the newest distributors, and also the team members that are putting in the most effort. You will always have a few that will do absolutely nothing to grow their business, and you can't do anything to help them. Not trying to be mean, but that's just the reality of it. (Work with the willing)

 9) Invest in your education. Learn everything you can about your niche. Read books, attend events, Watch YouTube videos, and you can even hire a coach. Be a student of your business. Be professional. 

 10) Keep records of your stats. Track how many exposures you make, versus how many presentations you give, and how many people you sign up. Once you've done that, you will be able to see what your ratio is. Once you know your ratio, you will know how much work you need to put into your business to hit the numbers so you can hit your goals. 

 {Example}: These are my numbers! (The prospects are my cold market)

 1) I make at least 100 exposures monthly if not more! (I use Facebook Messenger)
2) I give approximately 15 presentations monthly on average! (I send them the link to our 6-minute video)
3) I sign up 1-2 prospects monthly! (And more for my team!)

→ I have a strategy that only I use to get prospects, and I also use it to help my team grow their business. So, by the numbers, my ratio is about 1-2% out of every 100 people I talk to will upgrade to a pay liner with The Prosperity Marketing System. And I spend no more than about an hour a day prospecting! I utilize my time wisely, even though I have as much time working my business daily because I don't have a job and haven't had one for a few years now!!!

💘I was on YouTube today, as I usually am, looking for different methods of advertising my small business, and I came across this 10-minute video by another Entrepreneur named Alex Tooby, and I found it very interesting. I do have an Instagram Page but will admit that I'm fairly new to the platform. I believe that you can never have enough ways to advertise your products or services. Use the products. Find a few customers. Recruit a few distributors. Teach and support the people who are coachable and willing to work. Repeat these steps over and over and never stop. That's how you build a big team.

Exposure is everything. The fortune is in the follow up. Work with the willing. You only need a FEW serious people to build a HUGE team and income.

It's not your job to manage people. Each person who joins your team is their own Independent Business Owner. Yes, you should show them the ropes and help them get started, but it's their job to motivate themselves and do the things they know they should be doing.
