*** Tips On How To Overcome Objections In Network Marketing *** {305}

💘Keep this in mind that with prospecting comes a lot of objections. And even I have experienced them. Here are some of the top objections I’ve heard in my career and my advice as to how to overcome your prospect’s objections:   
I don’t have time
Network marketing is one of the only professions that creates a long-term residual income so explain to your prospect that time used now will only bring more time and freedom later.
I don’t have money
Explain to your prospect how the initial investment to join MLM is significantly lower than any other business opportunity. The average cost to become a distributor is about $250. Compare that to how much you spend on rent, groceries, gas, etc. It is nothing! If your prospect can find the money to buy that luxury car for $2,000 then they can certainly search in the same place they would look for that money to pay for the initial investment to join the profession. Except the difference between buying the car versus joining your business opportunity is that your opportunity will continue to exponentially reward them for life.
I need to think about it
What else do you need to think about? Show them that you are offering them the ability to resolve many of life’s problems, such as financial freedom, time, and education. Make sure to tell them:
Sure, you can think about it for as long as you want, but every day you delay is a day you might miss the next superstar coming into your organization. You can’t wait for success to happen. You have to go get it!
My friend tried it out and failed
Just because your friend had negative things to say doesn’t mean you will have the same experience, and just because your friend failed, does not mean you will fail.
I don’t know that many people
You don’t need a ton of friends or family to be successful in MLM! You just need to be confident in yourself. Anyone can become a part of your team – whether it is your next-door neighbor, your Babysitter, the gas attendant, or even your grocery clerk.

*** Network Marketing From Birth Up To Present Day *** {304}

💜From birth to the present day, Network Marketing continues to have a huge impact on the lives of people not just in America, but the people worldwide.     

Where it all started:

Amway was one of the leading companies in the MLM industry. Back in 1959, MLM was just being introduced into the marketing, giving individuals a way to earn money sharing products, and saving the company a lot of advertising dollars. The pitch was by becoming an associate and marketing the company's products, the money the company would save on advertising could be paid to the associates doing the product promotion. There are many people whom years later regretted not getting in on Amway when it was a ground floor opportunity.

No more door to door selling for network marketers:

For those that have lived the last 6 decades, we were witness to the birth and growth of the network marketing industry. Many of us experienced the struggles of trying to connect with new prospects for the MLM's we took part in. We remember setting up appointments and driving to someone's home to give them our sales pitch. Now we are in the age of computers and no longer are we limited to building our downline organization via local connections in small communities and local cities. With the internet, we are now able to build our business and sponsor people not just across the United States, but worldwide.

The first king of multi-level marketing: 

Many whom read this article will not recognize the name Dexter Yager. Dexter became an Associate of Amway a short time after the company's birth. He came up with a plan to build his network which was to help each person he sponsored to get their first 5 signups. Whenever the Associate had an appointment scheduled with a prospect, he would go to the Associate's home and do the presentation. by doing this, each of his Associates learned the script or at least had a good foundation and knowledge of how to pitch new prospects. After he helped the Associate get their first 5 signups, they then went on to do the same with each of the people whom they sponsored. Dexter's downline organization ended up being more than 50% of Amway's marketing arm. This should be giving you an idea of what you can do to help grow your own team of networkers in whatever business you are promoting.

Here we are approaching 2021 in a whole new world of Network Marketing:

Many of today's challenges include those of yesteryear however we also have a new set of challenges to master.  In the age of computer and the Internet, network marketing companies can grow at an accelerated pace.  A person who signs up in a network marketing company can have a down-line organization of hundreds just overnight. I know because I have experienced that myself.  In one business, I connected with a person in India, and I watched literally dozens of people signing up each hour.  In India, when they sign up in an MLM business, they get on the phone and sign up someone else and then another and another. A person can experience an explosion of growth by finding the right people to sponsor.  But for many of us, we don't have a personal mailing list with thousands of names on it.  You can only post information about your business so many times on Facebook or Twitter before you start losing connections and sometimes even friends.

Lead generation ~ one of the keys to successful network marketing:

We can grow our team faster than they did back in the 50s and 60s but we still need to get the leads of people to pitch to. There are several ways to get leads; pay for them, go lead digging to find them, and there are ways to get free leads. Even after getting leads, one still has to learn how to connect with the lead, follow up, and eventually get to the prize which is signing them up. People who are new to network marketing need coaching just like Dexter Yager did years ago. The people you sponsor need someone to coach them and work with them to learn the process. With the right leads program, training on how to connect and communicate with a prospect, keep track of their progress, appointments, etc. New associates/affiliates can learn to become successful home business owners and earn incomes that are reflective of the work they put into building their business. If you are a good team leader and make sure those you sponsor learn to duplicate your process, then they can do the same for those they sponsor. You either do all the work yourself or teach your associates so they can work also.

*** 3 Simple Steps On Building Rapport With Possible Clients *** {303}

💥Rapport is all about highlighting common interests and establishing a mutual feeling of friendliness. When people like each other – whether in business, friendship, or both – they tend to help each other.
Most salespeople are naturally enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing people, but that doesn’t necessarily mean everyone will like you off the bat. Here are three ways you can increase your rapport rating with prospects and customers:    

 1) Match your customer's style. Pay attention to how your customers prefer to communicate and get in step. Does your customer prefer to get right down to business, or warm up by engaging in small talk? What kind of thongs does he or she find funny, interesting, or intriguing? If your customer talks quickly, and loudly, make an effort to match that energy.
2) Trust builds rapport. Your customers will learn to trust you if you do what you say. Keep your commitments, call when you say you will, and always follow through. Be careful not to make promises you might not be able to keep. Too many salespeople make well-intentioned commitments, only to find themselves unable to find time to fulfill them. They may not always lose a sale because of this, but they’re certainly not building the kind of trust that will make that customer anxious to give referrals.
Another way to build trust is to demonstrate that you’re interested in their well-being — beyond your own profit potential. Know and appreciate your customers’ needs beyond your product. See what you can do to help them meet those needs. Little things like finding information for them or putting them in touch with other suppliers tend to make a big difference.
3) Practice reciprocity. When you treat people in a certain way, they tend to want to treat you in the same way. Find ways to treat your customers as valued members of your professional and even social circle. In life and in business, the little things make a big difference. (Remember it's all about them, NOT YOU! Spend your time listening!)
→ It's very important that you don't take to long in trying to build Rapport with a potential client, because then you run the risk of being called fake...People aren't stupid, they will see right through your petty attempts, just so they will sign up for your business, so that's what I mean by not taking months trying to build because you will lose that potential client for sure...

 💙Did you know that Warren Buffet didn't start making money until he hit his 50s? In fact, about 99.7% of his wealth was earned after his fifty second birthday. That doesn't mean he was a late bloomer in any sense. He started his financial path towards wealth at a very young age and built his fortune slowly. By the time he was eleven years old, he was buying stock. When he was a teenager, he filed his first tax return, delivered newspapers and owned multiple machines placed in various businesses. When he graduated, he already owed a stake in a forty-acre farm.


He was a natural-born entrepreneur who had an unreasonable approach to creating his wealth. In fact, he said he would be a millionaire by the age of thirty or jump off of the tallest bridge in Omaha. He went to work for legendary investor, Benjamin Graham after college. Using what he learned there he formed an investment partnership with friends and relatives and put all of his money there. He eventually closed the partnership, retired from managing it and bought controlling stock in Berkshire Hathaway, the company that has become synonymous with his name.

In his early forties, he purchased see's candies for 25 million dollars and the company would earn 2 billion dollars in profits over the next 40+ years. In 1978, the median U.S. household income was about $21,000. Buffet's wealth was 4,500 times more than that. In 1982, Forbes printed the first list of the 400 richest Americans. Buffet has been on the list every single year it has existed. For his first appearance, he was listed with a net worth of $250 million dollars.

Three years later, he quadrupled that number. And in 1989 he was worth 3.6 billion dollars. - More than tripling his 1 billion in just four years! As of July 2018, Buffet's net worth was 86.6 billion dollars per Forbes. And believe it or not, even though he has an eleven-figure income, he draws a salary of only $100,000 at Berkshire Hathaway and spends it frugally. How did he increase his wealth by so much so fast? In the broadest of explanations, he invested wisely in real assets that produced a positive cash flow for him each month and remained "broke" - meaning he kept his expenses as a lower rate, so he had money left over to keep investing.

His mindset was not to accept the median household income and the trap of the middle-class. He was unreasonable in his approach to gaining wealth and investing. How exactly was he unreasonable? Telling him that he had made it, to relax, to not work so hard and enjoy the fruits of his labors. He kept his same work ethic and his same approach to investing year after year - never relenting coasting.

💥There are so many different reasons to start working for yourself, and not everyone’s is exactly the same, but broadly, these reasons fall into three categories: First, people who want to earn extra income on top of their regular jobs; second, people who are unemployed and are either struggling to find full-time work or prefer not to enter the job market; and third, people who have chosen to leave whatever full-time job they have and be self-employed instead. Whichever of these three categories you fall into, there are three things you will need before you get started to make sure you can make the most of working for yourself.          

 1 – A Plan

 You’d be surprised at how many people start trying to work for themselves without any kind of plan. They might have an idea, then immediately start trying to make it happen without any proper planning. They soon realize they are in over their heads and, more often than not, find their great idea is turning into a huge failure. Now, you don’t need to have the next five years mapped out in detail but take a bit of time to research the work you’re planning on doing, what it takes to market yourself, and all the details of running your own business or sideline gig. If you use a company that gives you the plan, you’re a few steps ahead, because a lot of the planning and admin are taken out of it for you. Make sure you understand the way the company operates, though, so you can maximize your earning potential. Don’t forget, your plan should also include things like what your working hours will be, how many hours you’ll work per day and what critical activities you need to focus on to get the result you are after. We’ll go into what makes a good plan in a future article.

 2 – A Space

 Whatever work you’re going to do, dedicate a space that’s suitable for the work and for you. If all you need is a laptop and somewhere to put it, it does make things a lot easier but try to find a space that can be used permanently. There’s a good reason for this. Self-discipline is vitally important to being self-employed, whether it’s full-time or in addition to your regular job. It’s so easy to get distracted if you’re not being supervised and when you’re working for yourself, time really is money. One of the ways to instill a sense of discipline is to have a dedicated space for work. Make it clear to family, roommates or other people you share your space with that this is your work area and when you are there, you are not available for leisure activities. It also helps you focus on your work and get into an “I’m working now” mindset.

 3 – The Right Equipment

 For many work from home opportunities, all you need is a laptop or desktop computer, a telephone line and a good internet connection. Make sure that your computer is up to date with the right software, has a big enough hard drive and enough storage space, and isn’t likely to crash on you halfway through an important piece of work. If the work is going to entail spending a lot of time on the phone, look into a call plan that gives you unlimited calls for a fixed fee, or look into telephone alternatives like Skype. Make sure before you start whether making those calls will cost you more than you’re making! As far as your internet connection goes, make sure it’s with a reliable supplier. Whether you’re using something linked to you phone line, mobile data or satellite internet, it needs to be reliable and affordable. For these and any other equipment to run your home business, take the time to research it. It’s always tempting to buy the cheapest option, but if it’s poorly made, it could let you down at a crucial moment. That doesn’t mean you need to buy the most expensive kind, though – often you’re paying for a name and not quality. Read as many reviews on the product as you can, find out if there’s a way to test it for yourself, and always make sure there’s a good warranty on it.
