*** Marketing (Leadership) *** {236}

๐Ÿ’ฅLeadership Lesson

Be a leader, not a boss. A leader is someone who shows you the way, works with you and rarely if ever asks you to do anything that they wouldn’t do themselves.

A boss, on the other hand, is someone who manages people, cracks the whip, and is always telling others what to do.

What I have found is that most people will do anything for a great leader, yet they will rarely stick around when they are being bossed around.

No one joined network marketing to have another boss. They already have one at their day job.

Be the leader that inspires people and brings out the best in people.

The Truth About Failing

There is nothing wrong with failing.  Learn from it, make adjustments and try again.  Just don’t quit.  Most successful people have failed many times before they eventually became a success.  Most overnight successes actually took 10-20 years (or more)

{How to use the 230k focus page?}

THIS CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR 3 QUALIFYING SALES, AND YOU ARE THEN  ALLOWED TO USE THIS TOOL EVERYDAY!

I'm going to give it to you step by step: Only takes a minute to use...Since you have a lot of Tour Takers, and you haven't used this toll before, You don't have to send to them all at once if you don't want to...

Once you send to a member, you have to wait at least 30 days before sending again...Ron already has the E-mail message/s loaded so you just have to click a few tabs and send...Below is your step by step tutorial:

1) Login to your account
2) Click any Blue Tab to expand
3) Click 230k focus group tab
4) Scroll down to bottom and click (Send Offer)
5) Scroll down to bottom and click the #1
6) Beside the name to the left where it says action, Click on the icon in the box
7) Click the box that says yes (Check mark)
8) Click Send mail
9) A box will appear at the top of the page, click OK to send the message
10) Repeat the process if you send another message to another Tour Taker

What this does, is tries to entice your Tour Takers to upgrade, by giving them 48 Hours to accept your offer, and Ron already has messages going out after 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, and of course 48 hours.

Anyone who accepts the offer within the time limit, will get both packages for $35, giving them package 1 for FREE!

If the Tour Taker doesn't accept the offer within the time limit, you will receive an automated E-mail from the system letting you know that the individual decided to pass on the offer, and that's OK...You can send another message the next month to the same individual. (You can delete the expired E-mail)

How to know when to send again is if you look to right of the persons name, you will see a date of when the message expired...(Example: 1/6/2018}, You can resend to that individual when the date is 2/6/2018.or later, and also, you don't have to mail exactly 1 month to the day for each individual, just make sure not to send it to early. Hope  I made this as simple as possible. Let me know if you have any questions about this, and I will help you.

When you start to send, you can send to all of your Tour Takers 1 at a time, or you can send to just a few each day, that's your choice. Also once the message is sent, you don't have to do anything else...Ron already pre loaded all the messages, and after you send the first one, the system automatically sends the rest... You can even click to see what each message looks like if you want!

P.S. I am sending this even if you don't all of your qualifying sales as of yet, so you don't have to try to figure it out. Hopefully you understand the process a little bit better. Plenty more info coming, just watch for my E-mails, and keep up the great work!!! I really care about everyone's success!!!
