*** My Challenge For You *** {366}

πŸ’šI'd like to issue you a challenge for 2020. There are THREE things I hope you will do.

1.) Focus on growing yourself as a person. Spend more time working on your personal development, so you can improve your attitude, mindset, and SKILLS. Your business will only grow as much as you grow. Attend a few events, read lots of books, find a good mentor and just do something to grow yourself every single day in 2020. Become the best you possible. Do not become complacent. And whatever you do, don't compare yourself to others.

2.) Evaluate everything you do. We are creatures of habit. 2020 is going to be exactly like 2019 unless you do things differently. I encourage you to evaluate everything you do in your life (relationships, eating, exercise and business) and determine what you should keep doing and what you should do differently going forward. Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting something different to happen. Many of the things we do add ZERO value to our lives, health, business or relationships. Those THINGS should be the first things to go.

3.) Spend more time with your family. Family is the most important thing in life. It's fine to work hard and pursue your goals, but don't forget about your family and friends in the process. Set aside at least one hour per day for your friends and family. Laugh with them, cry with them, spend time with them, and just enjoy the people you are blessed to have in your life. Also keep GOD in your heart!

*** Prospecting Script (The exact Script I Use) *** {365}

πŸ’˜I've been asked what I say, or how I approach a potential prospect. When you're prospecting you want to always ask if they are OPEN to checking out what you have to offer, and without pressuring them. By asking if they are OPEN, you are giving them a way out, and making it not a big deal if they say NO. And just because they say NO now, doesn't mean it's Permanent. Some of your best Team Members will be the ones that told you NO in the beginning. On average a prospect needs to have 7-20 communications from you before they will make a decision either way. There will always be a select few that will join you on the first contact, but that's not the norm. The script below is an Ice breaker, and as you can see, I'm not being pushy, and making it easy for them to say NO. By doing this, it will make the prospect more apt to want to learn more about what you do and ask for more info. How you distribute that info, is totally your choice, but the best method is to try to get an appointment set up for a later date, usually within a week or so if possible, So they have plenty of time to check out the info you sent, And then get them to give you a phone number for a call back. As I said, you can get them the info any way you see fit, but phone contact is always the best. I use Facebook Messenger to make initial contact, and then get a number, and move forward from there. I get a lot of individuals using messenger for me and my "TEAM". Sometimes it takes a little longer doing it that way because I'm building rapport, getting to know more about the individuals. Yes, we are all trying to make more money, but our job as Marketers is to help others to solve problems any way we can, and that's exactly what I enjoy doing! I get great gratification when someone tells me thank you for changing my life by helping me!!!

--------------------------------------------------

{Script}:

This may or may not be a good fit for you! Just curious, would you be at all OPEN to a side project if it didn't interfere with what you're already doing? If you're open, GREAT, if not, no big deal. I only wish to give YOU an Opportunity to Evaluate Information, to Make a Choice that YOU Believe is right for you. I care not if you say yes or no to my Products as a Customer. I care not if you say yes or no to my Opportunity as a Team Member. I only care that YOUR Choice is the one that you know is right in your heart.

*** 12 Questions To Ask Yourself Before Starting An Online Business *** {364}

πŸ’₯Before starting your online business, there are some serious questions you need to ask yourself to see if it's really for you...

1) "Why do I want my own Internet Marketing Business?"

Before deciding to start a business, think about the qualities you possess, what makes you tick, and how that might help you be a more successful business owner.

2) "What interests, talents, skills and strengths do I have?"

Inventory the abilities you already possess. Then think about all the ways you can use them to grow your business and help others grow their business and also working with partners that lack your abilities.

3) "What are my strengths and weaknesses?"

The ability to recognize your own strengths and weaknesses is invaluable for the business owner. Recognizing what you’re good at and what you’re will not help you decide how to use your time and when to outsource to the experts or outside professionals for help.

4) "What skills do I need to learn or brush up?"

Recognize which skills you need to develop in order to run your business most effectively. Identify the ones that are worth investing time into learning, and which ones you might be better off finding outside sources to perform.

5) "Do I enjoy challenges?"

Businesses provide constant challenges. If you enjoy a good challenge, it will energize you. If you don’t, you may end up feeling as though you’re engaged in a constant uphill battle.

6) "Will I be doing work that is meaningful and really interests and excites me?"

When you’re engaged in doing something rewarding it helps to motivate you to keep going even when things get tough. Start by getting back in touch with your values and see if there is a synergy between them and the things you will be doing in your business. If not, see how you can spin things so that there is.

7) "Do I really have a money-making idea?"

Not all great ideas make money. A good business idea addresses a problem, need or pain that a particular group of people or companies face. The problem must be significant enough to warrant spending money to solve or alleviate. Before bringing a new product or service to market, test your ideas and make sure they’re profitable.

8) "Who are my ideal target customers?"

Every business needs customers. Successful businesses know exactly how to describe who their best customers are, what “pain” they’re feeling and what they need, want, desire and are willing to pay for.

9) "Who is my competition?"

Learn everything you can about the others in your field who provide similar products or services to the same ideal customer – direct and indirect competition.

10) "What do I offer that the competition doesn't?"

What makes your services or product unique above my competitors? This is your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) – what you’ll use to make to your prospective customers buy your product or service instead of buying from your competition. Why should your customer make you their Marketer of Choice?

11) "Have I established business goals?"

Setting goals is an important part of any business plan. But setting a goal is only part of the picture. Achieving goals is even more important. Learn how to identify which goals are important enough to commit to, and systematically work towards them by breaking them down into steps, establishing timelines, identifying resources needed, and benchmarks for success

12) "Am I a self-starter?"

When you have your own business, there’s no boss or manager to tell you what to do and when to do it. To get your business off and running you’ll have to motivate yourself to get things started!

*** My Challenge For You *** {363}

πŸ’—Here's my challenge for you when you have a chance. Sit down for about an hour or so, and take all of the names of your friends, or acquaintances from your cell phone contacts, Facebook friends, LinkedIn, or Instagram connections, and/or E-mail contacts, etc... And create a list on paper. That should give you at least 500-1,000 names, maybe even 2,000 or more names.

From there make it a goal to connect with at least 10 of those people a day, for the next few months. or however long it takes and simply ask each person how they are doing and see where the conversation takes you.

Don't pitch them right away. Just ask a few questions, but nothing about your business and see where the conversation goes. By doing that I'm sure you will have enough people to talk to about your business, at least for the next several months. You can discuss anything you like such as family, hobby's, what they do for a living, unless you already know and if so you can ask how the job is going and move forward from there.

Once you feel comfortable enough to make your pitch, simply tell them that you have this thing that you do from home to earn some extra money and then ask them if they are open to learning more about what you do, If it doesn't interfere with what they are already doing. In most cases they will be intrigued and ask for more info, and then you can send them the link to your video, or info from a blog post, or whatever you use in your business to get them the necessary info.

For best results try to get them to commit to a follow up after reviewing the info. schedule a definite day and time and make it no longer than a week. That should give them plenty of time to check out your info, so you can answer any and all questions. They may still tell you NO, and that's ok. Sometimes some of your best prospects are the people who told you NO originally.

I find that Prospecting (1 on 1) is the best way to promote your business or service, because you will never run out of people to talk to, and you cannot ever fail unless you quit! No matter what your day consists of, always make it a point to do whatever plan of action you choose to take before you go to bed each night. Most online businesses require only about 3-5 likeminded individuals and can build your business for you!

*** My Personal Business Plan (2009 Club 24 Fitness Center) *** {362}

πŸ’ͺ {CLUB 24 Fitness Center}:

πŸ’˜(Click one of the links below to join The Prosperity Marketing System for just $12) - FREE for 7-days!
In this post, I'm showing you the business plan I created back in 2009, because I was working on opening my own 24-hour fitness center called Club 24. All the info/data that found was back in 2009. Also, the source attributes these findings as a result of rising health care costs and the attraction of class participation.

{Overview}:

Club 24 is a new state of the art fitness facility which will attract new customers by providing superior customer service through education and fitness development.

{Problem}:

Several people within our target market have the following concerns and needs that are not being presently met.

1) Fitness enthusiasts are not obtaining desirable results in areas such as body mass gains, Increase in energy levels, and reduction of body fat.

2) Existing facilities are overcrowded.

3) Due to economic and financial conditions, Many simply cannot afford to join a health club.

{Solution}:

1) Through education and fitness development, Club 24 will implement a structured system that will combine high quality strength and cardiovascular programs that will provide for continuous monitoring of customers performance levels. Also by using a structured system, maintaining long term client relations will be accomplished keeping a client for one year or more is considered a long term relationship in the fitness industry.

2) With fitness centers being full or at near capacity, many are unable to use their facility at desired times and cannot spend quality time needed. With the establishment of a 24 hour facility in the North end, we will alleviate these problems.

3) Establishing partnerships with companies such as Health Partners, Health Ways, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Silver Sneakers, many clients will be reimbursed for their membership fees.

{Offer Summary}:

=> Pre Money Valuations - $100,000
=> Funding Amount - $100,000
=> Ownership Offered - 50%

{Current Shareholders}:

=> Rick Brier - 100% Owner

{Revenue Forecast}:

=> Year 1 - $517,740
=> Year 2 - $570,780
=> Year 3 - $620,868
=> Year 4 - $670,514
=> Year 5 - $721,070

{Exit Strategy}:

Club 24 will position itself for acquisition within 5 years, Similar companies in our industry have been acquired at valuations in excess of 3 x the revenue.

{Local Market}:

Similarly the local market in Vigo County, Indiana is also seeing an increase in the growth rate of physical fitness. Anytime fitness owned by the Atterson family, has stated that since being opened in Jan. 2009, Memberships have grown to over 700 members (6 months time), giving them the need to build a second facility.

The Pilates Studio (Ultimate Fitness), Owned by the Hernandez family, is experiencing similar results, as memberships have also outgrown their facility, giving them the opportunity of building a larger fitness center.

{Target Market}:

* 55 and older age group - As previously mentioned, this target audience has shown the highest participation increase in the fitness industry. We will penetrate this audience with high expectations by offering programs, through class participation, along with providing them with programs that will reimburse their membership fees.

{Buddy System}:

* Our buddy system will allow for multiple membership options to choose from, and by offering other services such as, Free Daycare, Free Tanning and On-Site Laundry. We will be able to penetrate any household.

After speaking to several customers of other facilities, we have learned that the two primary concerns exist:

1) Personal Trainers lack in knowledge and continuous guidance.
2) Fitness Equipment does not reflect today's standards, or that equipment Is getting old, and is not being replaced.

{Competitors}: Strictly from the town in which I live

* Anytime Fitness - Is currently the most recognized facility in our area, offering high quality fitness equipment, with some degree of personal training. Club 24 will establish itself as having the same quality reputation, yet further distinguish itself by offering three key factors.

1) State of the art equipment that is handicap accessible.
2) Superior client support.
3) The ability to combine strength and cardiovascular training.

* Body Change - The owner of this facility started in his garage where he has gained strong recognition within the community, and produces great results via a quality method, based on Russian strength techniques. Club 24 will utilize these techniques by offering various methods to meet clients needs, such as age, gender, and sport specific.

* Fitness Experts - Is another well Established fitness center that has survived in the local fitness industry, longer than any other facility. Fitness Experts is known for establishing relationships with student trainers. We find this to be another area that can be further developed by working very closely with student trainers, thus enabling the accomplishment of several goals.

1) Offering of 24 hour personal training.
2) Establishing the recognition of offering high quality personal guidance.
3) Student trainers can be utilized in other areas such as, Tending to daycare programs, front office matters, and juice bar sales.

* Planet Fitness - This chain is newer to our area, and at the time of creating our business plan, we didn't access any data/info pertaining to Planet Fitness.

* We've had a few centers come and go in the last decade, and have added a few more. I believe this trend will continue for sometime.

{Competitors Strengths & Weaknesses}:

=> Strengths:

           * Self-Made reputation,
           * Good ties with the community.
           * Well-Known established franchise.

=> Weaknesses:

           * Lack of personal training programs.
           * Inability to sustain long-term clients.
           * Inability to adapt to demands in the fitness world.
           * Management concerns,

{Marketing Strategies}:

*Customers will be attracted to our facility in the following ways:

1) Grass root marketing, via word of mouth, E-mails, Facebook/Social Media, Handing out rough draft fliers to various businesses, as well as handing them out door to door.

2) Through the use of Great Deals, a direct Marketing magazine, we will be able to reach thousands of households and businesses throughout the entire area of Vigo Co, In.

3) Fliers to every senior citizens complex in the Vigo Co. area with follow-up phone calls to their respective Human Resources departments, explaining to them the cost-effective health benefits, and how they will be reimbursed for membership fees.

4) Advertisements with 4 different radio stations in order to reach all of our target audiences.

5) Offering of affordable multiple membership options to cover any household, corporation, & student.

6) Through Zumba with Stephanie, fliers as well as announcements can be directly given to each of her teaching locations.

7) Marketing Solutions Inc, As mentioned earlier will saturate the entire Vigo Co. area with various marketing strategies.

8) Opening Ceremony: Will be created with a party like environment with a DJ, food and juice bar sales. Tours of the facility will be given with the intent to drive potential customers to an orientation where we can introduce ourselves and give more details about all of the different programs that we offer. It is our belief that a large percentage of clients can be secured through holding orientations, opposed to attempting to enroll customers as they happen to walk in.

{Management Team}:

* Rick Brier - (ACE/ASFA Certified) - Fitness Development Coordinator, Personal & group training coordinator, and student mentor.

* Mike Miner - Finance, Cardio program coordinator, student training coordinator, & Orientation coordinator

{Financial Summary} -

=> Detailed finances are available upon request.

{Conclusion}:

Club 24's methods and strategies are  not only aligned with current market trends in the fitness industry, but will also distinguish us from our competitors, thereby giving us the opportunity of achieving recognizable status in the fitness world. by gaining recognition. we look forward to franchising opportunities in the near future.

* I would like to invite any interested parties to feel free to contact me at anytime to further discuss my business proposal.
